Great product. Mine were fits for the sony wf-1000xm4. They fit great, are comfortable and so far sound amazing. 2 points- you cannot charge with the snugs on which is not a big deal for me- I carry the Sonys in the charging case inside the snugs box and build time for me was about 3 weeks not 2.
I haven't actually tried out the ear plugs yet. However, the delivery process was very poor. I received a text on a Sunday morning telling me that the ear plugs would be delivered within a one hour window, just 3 or 4 hours later - no previous notification. I did not think I would be in so had to ask that they be delivered to my neighbour even though he was not in at that point so I could not politely ask him if that was okay. As it happened, I was luckily still at home for the delivery. I was astounded to read that if I had needed to rearrange the delivery time I would have had to pay at least £4.49 (I think that was the price). This is appalling, especially as the plugs are very expensive. I have never been asked to pay for a re-delivery - it was particularly galling, given the short notice. Why don't you use the post office??? If I was not in, they would simply leave a card explaining where I could collect them.

I love snugs; I find those foam ear tips that tend to come with earphones and earbuds really just don't fit my ears securely or comfortably and I'm always fiddling with them, worrying they're going to fall out. Snugs, because they're custom-made, fit perfectly and you pop them in and just get on with it, never worrying about them. I first bought a pair of snugs back in 2014 (after having seen the inventor on Dragon's Den) with a pair of Bluetooth earphones. Sadly, after 8 years of stalwart service, the connecting wires on the earphones have broken and the sound is intermittent. I wanted a new pair of earphones and snugs to fit them but was a little overawed with all the variety and different models on the website now - i wasn't sure I knew how to order exactly the right ones I needed. So I emailed the customer support people at snugs and they responded within a day, very helpful with their advice and the person I was in contact with, Michelle, even sent me a link to an order form she's already filled out with the specific details I needed. This made it very easy to order, which I did. For some reason, the production and delivery took a little longer than the time they'd said, but when I contacted the support folk to follow it up, they were very apologetic and even gave me a partial discount refund (which I hadn't asked for or even expected.) The snugs arrived shortly after that and, of course, they fit perfectly.
Excellent, rapid, efficient service
I use these religiously for work (event photography and filming). I had always struggled to find ear plus that fit because my ears are tiny, but these fit perfectly. I'm still able to enjoy the music without it muffling the sound & I am saved from ringing ears the next day. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Had ordered 3 sets over the years (2 for me, 1 for my wife and some replacements for her). Eventually, the material will give way (as Snugs was getting more restrictive to accommodate new earphone models, I had to squeeze my new earphones into a set of old snugs) and I needed to order replacements for myself. First the left side, which went all fine, then a few months later the right side, that came twice for the wrong earphones and twice it seemed like the shape had been flattened/compressed by 10% and hence didn't fit. In all fairness, Snugs tried to make up for their mistakes, but they didn't comment on why they were very different from the originals and it was very disappointing that even the second attempt after they finally used the right model, was just wrong again. Responses were getting slower (apparently some Covid-related staff shortages) and I was left with 4 time shipping charges and still no sleeves. I think this started out as a great product, but something must have gone wrong over time.
These are a revolutionary product! As someone who has not been able to use earphones in my right ear as my ear canal has always been too small, I was able to use an earphone in my right ear for the first time in my life thanks to Snugs! I use the snugs pro with the AirPods Pro - the sound quality (particularly the noise cancellation feature) is not compromised either.

I got some SnugsPro for my Samsung Galaxy buds pro. Earphones stay in my ear better than ever and are super comfy. Took a while to get to me but that is understandable and the customer service team were super helpful in updating me with what was happening with my order. Thank you!

Placed an order two weeks ago, complete radio silence beyond the automated response to the initial order. No follow-up as promised on their FAQ pages. No response to inquiry emails either. I assume they're going out of business, so probably a poor idea to guess the sort of impressions needed and pay an audiologist right now. Probably best to seek a Paypal refund at this point. Update: So I opened a Paypal case, left it open for a week. Absolutely zero response from Snugs. At that point, I escalated it to Paypal as a proper dispute. Those give the seller ten days to make their response to Paypal- zero response to that either. At that point, thankfully, if the seller doesn't bother to respond, Paypal automatically refund you- the money is now back in my account. Something is very very wrong with snugs.com- proceed at your own risk is all I can say. I've not succeeded in getting service from them. I've not seen a response to multiple emails. I've not managed to get them to respond to Paypal. The only sign of life was the slightly odd response here on Trustpilot. No idea what's going on, but I'd steer well clear.

I have just received my SnugsMoto which are a perfect fit. Thank you!! There was a short delay which I believe was down to a manufacturing hold up, but I was kept updated through the whole process by the very helpful Snugs Team.
Radio silence. Had ear impressions done, sent them in, snugs confirmed reciept and then... nothing. Still apparently in manufacturing long past their manufacturing time and still nothing. So over to you snugs, either send them, refund me or you get a chargeback.
If I'd written this review earlier then I'm sure it would have been a 4 or a 5 but alas I did not. Originally I put my order in, got my ear impressions done and the responsiveness of customer service was great. I got my first snugs not long after and I was very happy with the product but the fit wasn't great. Customer service worked quite well with me to get another pair made with some adjustments based on my feedback. Rinse and repeat a few times customer service wasn't prepared to adjust the fit anymore and they asked me to return my last pair of snugs. After which they offered me a refund, or to get new ear impressions taken at my own expense. I mulled it over for a few weeks and then accepted the refund after which there has been radio silence. I've chased over several emails and every single one has been ignored. I've accepted now that my £260 is lost, but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
The snugs itself are great - it`s weird - you think you`ll lose them because its super comfy, but they actually hold perfectly and you have no pressure ppoints in the ear. great for sports. But there was some waiting time, my order was lost and I had to write a few emails. In the End I was lucky enough to get a refund and I am happy. What should be kept in mind: the snugs will not fit in the charging case, you need to put them on the airpods every time.
I bought a pair of Sennheiser IE800 and they were always falling out so I did some research online and found snugs. I contacted snugs and paid them and then I was sent to an audiologist to get my impressions done in Dublin. This process was very straight forward then they were sent to Snugs. A few weeks later I received my snugs and went about using them. I had an issue with the drivers not really staying in so I contacted snugs and their customer support was absolutely brilliant. I explained the issue and they redesigned the snugs so that the IE800 driver was housed more into the snugs and then shipped back to me at no extra cost. I received the new snugs and absolutely delighted they fit perfect. I’m just so happy how their customer support emailed me back straight way and wanted to find a solution to my issue and fixed my issue. Other companies should take note of this excellent customer service. I will definitely be using snugs in the future as I do buy a lot of IEMs.
