I was lucky enough to recieve a pair for free for testing and have used them alot since. Mainly used them for gaming, takes a bit of getting used to compared to apple earphones as they fit in your whole ear but once you've worn them in they feel rigid like they wont move and sound quality is great

Great product, fast service

I have snugs for all my earphones. They are brilliant. All buds and in ear headphones always fell out during sport, or even just moving head around, till i got my first set and ive never looked back. I use them day to day, on commute, At work, swimming, kite surfing, running..... and the sound quality is better because i have a better fit in ear now. The support team and communication is also first class, i had a slight issue with 1 set of snugs so another set was made promptly and despatched to me at no cost.

I will never have a different set of headphones. I love my snugs, they fit perfectly, the sound is great and they effectively block external sound. The customer service team is also second to none. They are quick and helpful in responding to any query.

I ordered the Snugs Sleep Protection as my partner snores. I was very excited when they arrived. They fit well and were comfortable to wear however, to my immense disappointment, they are even less effective than the cheap ear plugs you can get on planes for blocking out sound. I can still hear people speaking and even dogs barking outside. They were USELESS for snoring. The company immediately responded by asking for a photo of the fit and sent out a 2nd pair but they were no better than the first pair. A complete waste of time and money. *Update* The company did indeed contact me and has offered a full refund so top marks for customer service but still a disappointing product.

Image & soundstage improvement! I’m wanting to write to let you know how pleased I am with my new Snugs. Some background, I tend to use my Snugs when I travel, which I do quite a lot with work, being able to listen to music, podcasts etc is a great way to pass hours on trains and planes. My iPhone XR is also my music player, I used to carry a separate music player, but the advent of services like Tidal have meant I simply download favourite tracks to the phone, and I’ve an Audioquest Dragonfly Red I plug into the phone, which has a good enough output to drive my inefficient RHA CL750’s. One of the things I love about the CL750’s is their open and fast presentation, to me they have slight dip in their sound balance in the mid-range which gives the impression of being detailed, but I’ve learnt that is an impression…enjoyable though. The Dragonfly is so much better than using the phone, in comparison it’s got more drive, detail and together with the RHA’s they do give a remarkable feeling of “soundstage” and in that I mean that when you close your eyes it has the sound presented all around you, really quite an immersive experience. My problem is that I’ve never found an ear tip in the bunch that RHA supply that I really get on with, so the Snugs seemed like a good option for long term comfort. They do fit so well…a slightly strange experience upon first usage…oh and the isolation from carriage noise on the train is really good, I’ll get to test on a plane in a couple of weeks…but what has really floored me is the change and the improvement on the soundstage/image I perceive when I listen. I expected the bass to be better, because of the better seal, and it is much punchier, with a real feeling of precision, but what has really surprised me is the mid-range…male voices especially have more body, and presence, and weirdly the immersive soundstage has gained a really "locked" feel, every sound is so much better located and stable with a less vague overall presentation. To give some sort of reference - Steven Wilsons album To The Bone has a track I really love called Pariah, with a cool vocal harmony and various effects…these effects were a weird “wash" before the Snugs, now they’re transformed and seem to pan across the mix…amazing…my only guess is the high-frequency details were being lost by the lack of seal to my ears, now the whole acoustic is more controlled…I guess because I’m blocking out the noise from the environment I’m just hearing more of what’s in the recording. The overall service of Snugs was outstanding. The technician, Harry, at Hearology in Victoria was excellent and professional. Not only did he check the general health of my ears, including the one with a burst drum! but he offered to post the box of impressions to Snugs as he left work assuring they would arrive in ample time to get the earplugs made for when I needed them. Comunication and delivery was great. I wouldn't hessitate to recomend Snugs and their Swimming eaplugs

I have used Snugs for over 4 years now. They are awesome! I am a runner and do about 1000km per year including marathons. Due to the custom fit, the earphones have never fallen out or given any discomfort or irritation. They're just comfortable, efficient and give amazing sound quality when combined with my Sound Magic 10 earphones. Very sadly I left my first set on a plane last week - I have immediately re-ordered and because Snugs had my impression on file, they could simply mould me a new set. Great product, great service - thanks Snugs Team.

I was going to review these straight away but thought I would give it a week. I had these made for my Campfire Andromeda IEM's and they are truly brilliant. Apart from the astonishing improvement in the sound quality from a base that was already pretty special, they are very comfortable over hours of use, really easy to get in and the isolation is total. I only used the supplied lubricant once and I can now get them in without it in a couple of seconds. The service from start to finish was faultless, after the impressions were taken at Hidden Hearing, I sent them back free post and had them back in less than 2 weeks, the Andromeda's are an awkward shape but they fit like a glove. I would recommend them to any one, so much better than any top end ear bud I have used with all my in ear head phones over the last 10 years.

I was frustrated with my truly wireless earbuds falling out of my ears when exercising and got in touch with snugs to ask a few questions about their product. I have used competitors before but my experiences with their products have not been fantastic, so I was a little cautious initially. Having asked a long list of questions, all of which were answered quickly, I went ahead and ordered a set. As I was getting full shells for maximum retention, I had to have an audiologist in London use the traditional method and squeeze paste into my ears and leave them until the mould had set. This whole process took 20 minutes and was painless and simple. Seven working days later my snugs were delivered! They make a perfect seal, are comfortable, and grip really well. Last night I rowed a vigorous 5km on the ergo and I didn’t once have to stop and ram them back into my ears - despite all the sweat, they were secure throughout. I have wanted a set up that offers this for *years* and lI’ve finally got it. Not a cheap investment but certainly a great product. Thanks!

Recently purchased a set of Snugs to go with some new ear buds I had bought. I was initially a little disappointed with the fit as they made my ear canal a little sore. I was told when I had the ear impression taken that I had a narrow ear canal which probably explains it. I contacted Snugs to let them know about my concerns over the fit and they were really helpful. They checked, by way of a photo, that they were fitted right and decided to make a new pair with a shorter ear canal piece. These fit lovely and I am one happy customer as a result. Great customer service and a great product. Buy with confidence!

Great service, I some issues with the moulds that were taken and the fitment, Snugs got this resolved very promptly. I am now extremely happy with the product, highly recommend.

Brilliant product and the icing on the cake is customer support. The start was a bit rocky but soon you learn that the initial price isn't souly for the product itself, it's for the start to end experience. As these earbuds are completely bespoke the company usually has to go back and forth a few times to get the earbud fitting correctly, I think I had to have more than 2 different types made for me to get the seal that I liked, I also had to go to a earing specialist to get a mold so they can perfect it more. (Of which they payed fully for). Along the way I was in constant contact with Emma and she was incredibly helpful and kind, speaking to me like a human and not like some bot had sent me emails, that's to me where the experience shined most. I've very rarely had constant contact from someone in a company and its great when you know that someone there has your back, I don't know how many people she was in contact with but the experience made me feel like a valued customer so 10/10 on that front. Overall the experience was very pleasant, it did take around a month to get the best seal for me but it was the experience throughout that made me have trust in this company. Would definitely recommend

I have two pairs of Snugs - one for RHA T20 earphones and another for Momentum IEs - and they are both excellent. Fitting them in the ear takes a little practice but once you’ve got the hang of it takes no longer than putting in earphones with regular sleeves. The sound isolation is very good - much better, in my experience, than with Comply foam sleeves or even noise cancelling headphones. I listen to a lot of music on the train and I can hear plenty of detail at just under half the maximum volume of my iPhone X. They’re also super comfy to the point where I can’t really feel them in my ears. Yes, they’re pricey but well worth the cost if great sound isolation is important to you.

Would highly recommend this company. Great customer service for a good product. Having just read the previous comments this seems far from my experience. As owner of two snugs products - sleep and swim I am highly satisfied with the level of service I have received. Perhaps they've listened to their customers and upped their service!

Your reply predictably obviates a refusal to accept when engaging the services of a third party it becomes a component of the product. Responsibility for such lies with the supplier not the customer and attempting to interpret the exasperation of the customer when repeatedly talked over during a telephone conversation as ‘aggression ‘ highlights inept customer awareness and empathy. A truly sub standard service. I refer to the previous review from another dissatisfied customer which identifies the same.
