Although it was a very difficult time in my family life with my dad passing away a month ago, the experience of ordering my dad's casket was unbelievable. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get my dad's casket delivered to funeral home the very next day and we were proud to lay my dad to rest in that particular casket.............fit for a king. My mom passed away 2 years ago and we only wish that we would have known about ordering her casket from this company. We purchased the casket from the funeral home and believe me they never offered to inform us that we could order her casket...............in fact we found my mom's casket on your website.................. Since my dad's funeral many people asked about his casket and we continuously tell people about your company and how they can order the casket of their choice at a very inexpensive price..................as we all know, during the planning of a funeral for a loved one we are very emotional and vulnerable and your company never made us feel that way. Thank you again for the most incredible casket to lay my dad to rest and the beautiful NAVY emblem in his casket that we were able to remove and keep forever. What was an emotional time turned out to be a blessing!

We ordered a beautiful casket online for my mothers funeral. We ordered wrong on our behalf because we needed the casket sealed as she was going to be in a Mausoleum. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute. They made sure the casket was shipped to us and arrived on time. They made sure everything was right during our sad and stressful time. We were very pleased with the casket, but were worried whether it was going to make it in time for the funeral. A little communication would have been nice. Also, I was supposed to have been called upon it's arrival and was not.

They were very Nice and Patient, also answered every question and Listened to all my Concerns and Worries. I Called Dozens of Times with my OCD behavior and they answered every single time and Was So patient. Phenomenal Customer Service and will use them again if God See Fit.

I was hesitant to buy a casket online, not knowing if it would be delivered on time or if the quality would be what my mom deserved for her funeral and burial. My experience was 100% positive from my interaction on the phone when I placed my order, receipt of the email confirming my order, the casket cost, delivery (confirmed by the funeral home), the quality and the beauty of the casket... It was perfect and it was something I knew my mom would be pleased with. That was very important and comforting to my family. We were additionally happy with the selection of caskets (costs, styles and colors) that were available to choose from... That was honestly our biggest dilemna, trying to decide which one we wanted (we had four we were considering), before selecting one. We would recommend this company with no hesitation!

WE SAW WHAT THE FUNERAL HOMES HAD IN THEIR INVENTORY THEY WERE OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY THAT FAST CASKETS HAD AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICES AND BETTER QUALITY THEN WHAT THE FUNERAL HOMES HAD THEY ALSO STAND BEHIND THEIR NAME FAST AND ON TIME

We ordered a casket for our grandson's burial from this company and although they said it went through numerous inspections prior to shipping it arrived with a damaged corner. They blamed the funeral home for the damage and said their driver inspected the casket at delivery and found no damage. The carrier was a LTL trucking firm that simply dropped off the casket and did not inspect. One of the pieces of the pallet it was shipped on was missing and the driver noticed it, but did not unpack the casket to examine. When the funeral home representative did unpack it the damage was noticed. Conversations with the firm's president did not result in any resolution and we had to have a body shop manufacture paint to match the damage in time for the service. The experience was and still is very unsatisfactory. We would not recommend this firm to anyone,

With no insurance for my Mom my cousin referred us here. We saved so much money, while also getting a casket that would have cost us so much more from the funeral home. The casket was so Beautiful and one we could not afford if it wasn't for Fast Caskets. It was there on time and was so easy to order and have delivered. I can not say enough about the quality and how beautiful it was. We were so Blessed to be able to have one for our precious Mother.

This casket company sent a damaged casket, then was very rude and referred to the purchase agreement that you sign that does state that they are not liable for damaged of a casket. Glad the funeral home sent it back instantly and had to dispute the charge them Amex. I would not refer this company and all!!! Was not pleasant to deal with in our time of grief, and there are other bad reviews on the web as well!!!

Matt, super kudos to you and your team! This casket was "to die for", pardon the pun! It arrived within a day or so after ordering, and it was absolutely beautiful! Quality craftsmanship, and what a value for the cost. Also, the Masonic Emblem was expertly placed and added just the perfect touch. Everyone at the funeral raved over the "custom made casket". And, believe it or not, the Masons are considering making this casket their standard for Masonic burials. I was asked over and over again where I got it. Daddy looked so distinguished. And I felt very proud. Thank you so very much for a job well done!

We knew our parents didn't have a casket purchased in their contract with the Mortuary and those at the Mortuary did inform us we can purchase the casket there or any where else, or online. (Never realized online). The morn after Mom passed, I went online to check out what I can find (and the Mortuary wasn't open yet, so I thought this would give me a chance to see prices and caskets). Checked out a couple of sites, but one specific casket caught my attention because I know Mom would've picked that one. The service and the questions answered from FastCaskets is what sealed the deal for us. The people at the Mortuary said they would check it out upon delivery & call me ASAP if they saw any defects, etc. The casket was all that it said on their site. All the guys in the family were Mom's pallbearers & said the casket was heavy and well made! All who attended said it was a beautiful casket & were surprised to hear I ordered it online and the price was reasonable! I have recommended this site to my sis-in-law (her Mom's not doing well) and will keep this site handy (for any one else who has questions).

My mother & mother in-law died this year. So I used this company two times & had excellent service each time. They are fast & a lot cheaper than what the funeral homes try to sell you. The quality seems to be good also.
