And the casket was delivered to the funeral home the next day. They were pleasant to work with and their system is very efficient. Hope we don’t need them again soon but we will be repeat customers.

Nice sales team very quick

When planning the funeral of a loved you could be very shocked at funeral home prices of caskets. I decided to look online and I found the most beautiful casket for a decent price. I was very uneasy, well let’s say totally uneasy of online scams and worried as I was attempting to help my widowed uncle who had no children nor siblings. The casket arrived at the funeral home the very next day after order at the exact time they said it would . Hate to say that a casket was beautiful but this one was awesomely beautiful in person.

Delivered on their promises

I called on Friday evening and spoke with the owner of the company. He was able to have my ordered delivered by Monday at 11am. Saved over $2k. Will def use again and spread the word about the savings.

Sent wrong casket. This is not something someone needs to deal with in a time of grieving. Called to express concern. Was told manager wld call me back and that never has happened as of yet. Delivery driver drove off before I ever got there. Excepted the sent casket due to a time crunch but still would have preferred the one I originally wanted. I asked specific questions to make sure upon ordering it would be correct. And yet...not so satisfied with your customer service. Renee Gilliland

My sister passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019. I called Sky Caskets about 6:00 pm on that date to arrange for a casket which her twin sister was buried in a few years earlier. They were able to get the same casket and have it delivered to the funeral home by noon the next day. In fact, I was still at the funeral home making arrangements for the funeral and was able to see the casket before I left. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need a casket for a loved one. They were courteous, knowledgeable and punctual.

The casket was exactly as pictured (except for one dent which was easily hidden). The only thing that was a major drawback was that the actual price was a full 50% ($600) more then the website price because of shipping and tax. It is not free shipping. It did arrive promptly.

We received a very beautiful casket. It was a bit shaky ordering online, but everything came out according to what prices and delivery we discussed.

There really are no words as to the attention and care that Matthew gave to me. He was concerned about who I was and who my husband was. The product was excellent arrived actually before the time promised. And service was absolutely excellent. I never dreamed that caskets could be purchased online. This was definitely the Lord taking great care of me using Matthew as His hands and feet.
