"Ya, what do you want?" That's my customer service in one line! I called to order a casket today........well not after talking to that rude idiot! He kept saying: " like I just told you" Glad I didn't buy anything from you !!! Guess what? When people call you it's because someone in the family just died you jerk!! Don't buy anything from them!

The owner of the company treats you like a Car Salesman. Hurrying up through the process, then when you want to think about the price and the extra charges, he threatens you with raising the price. I wanted to talk to family members about the price, because he was going to charge an extra $500 for shipping only, 80 miles. He said, if I call back he would have to raise the price on me. He was very rude, and insulting, and if it wasn't for time-frame that I needed the casket for my mother, I would have shopped elsewhere. During your grieving time, I would not recommend utilizing this company unless you want to be hassled and taken for a ride.....

My grandmother passed away suddenly of cardiac arrest on 9/29/17. She loved the casket that my aunt had which was pine. The funeral director had one that was $6000. Sky caskets had one that was $2000. Rex and Colby were amazing they made sure everything was the way we wanted it and even though I was a little snippy with them due to the circumstances they were always nice and professional. My grandma's casket was beautiful and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help!!! Highly recommended!!!

The only thing good about this company is the fast delivery, so fast you are not given the opportunity to inspect the poor quality, damaged casket you will receive. As far as customer service, when purchasing, you think you are dealing with the Virgin Mary. after that, might as well be the devil himself. very disrespectful and rude.

I would give a zero if I could. After my mothers funeral I called to ask a simple question about the casket we had purchased. The same sales person we had talked to refused to answer the simple question and started swearing and telling me to "go take my heart meds old man". POINT 1 Well I am not old. POINT TWO How does this company employ such a stupid person? POINT 3 The shipping to us was late, he said Tuesday it was Thursday. Point 4 When confronted he claimed to be a different company, That was not true at all unless he has more than one website. After all I had only dialed the number on Sky Caskets 888 979 2155. POINT 5 Buyer Beware, there are other companies who have a reasonable price and show you respect especially at a time of grieving.

Needed a casket for my mom and didn't like what was offered at the funeral home. Found one I liked on sky casket called .Rex called back but didn't have the one I wanted. Sent me text of two other and they were beautiful. Colby kept me updated about delivery. Rex and Colby great customer service. My mom looked beautiful and the quality of casket was superior.

Someone answering as Sky Caskets took $100 alleging that the money was being applied towards a casket. He was told that we had already purchased a casket. He said that he could offer a better casket and save me $1000. On the next day he withdrew from my bank account $495 without my authorization. He said that he (as a business owner of Sky Caskets) has a good past working relationship with my funeral director and that he would cause an amicable swap of the caskets, yet when he called the funeral director he posed as a nephew. I am in the process of recovering $595 payments that were frraudently taken from me.

I ordered the Misty Mauve casket for my mother about 6 weeks before she passed away. When I called to have it sent to the mortuary they told me it would arrive the following afternoon. It was delivered to the mortuary by 7am the next morning! The casket is simply stunning! All of my family was extremely happy with my choice. Matthew was very kind and patient when I called him. The only suggestion I gave them was that they needed to add their phone number and website address to their invoices.

After searching many different casket websites including the following: Costco.com, CasketSite.com, and Batesville.com. We ended up purchasing our casket from Sky Caskets only to find out the casket we ordered was a Chinese knockoff of a Batesville Casket model. The rubber gasket glue was only affixed to a portion of the gasket making us have to purchase glue to make sure that there would be suction when the casket was closed and locked. Other than that, there was issues with the paint where there were darker splotches of paint in certain areas of the casket versus other areas. Needless to say we will not be purchasing a low quality casket from China again. Sincerely, Johnathon

The man was friendly taking order but when he shipped the wrong casket and it was delivered late he said oh well. This is awful in a time like this his quote was I'll still get my money, horrible company. Do not ever trust them!

Casket was beautiful but not perfect there was several flaws. The biggest issue was the shipper. Was not delivered on time. Several days late and then shipper would not deliver to my business since I don't have a forklift he delivered it down the street to a paint store and the paint store people brought it to me. Was very disappointed in how this was handled.

My mom passed away on Monday morning. We called Monday before lunch to order her casket. I talked to Matthew who was incredibly polite and, when he heard we needed the casket the next morning, personally took charge of the order to make sure that was accomplished. He even offered to split the difference with me to have it be the first delivery of the day. It showed up at the funeral home the next morning before 8 AM exactly as promised. I did not give them five stars because when we talked, he said he would send a new casket rather than the same style that was on clearance. But when it arrived, it had a hand written note stapled to one of the handles outlining a few blemishes and a scratch across the top. And I noticed during the graveside ceremony, that there was a scrub a crossed the lip of the casket in the front. I am assuming this was simply an error in the shipping or warehouse department, but it was absolutely not a new or undamaged casket. However, I believe this was an exception. Their outstanding customer service and concern that we receive it on time would make me buy from them again without hesitation.

I bought a casket online on September 15, 2015. They would always answer within the 2nd ring. After they got the money I would only get the answering machine with messages that they would call back. They never did. Finally after using my phone I called immediately with my friends cell and got an answer within the first ring. I agree that the digs and bangs that were covered with plaster without painting were ok even if they didn't make an attempt because they were part of the discount. The issue was that the top half of the casket lid fell of because it was broken. That's went I figured that's how the dents were made to the lid and not fixed.

Bought a casket that was listed on the website for $1,095.00. Had to talk to several people during the ordering process and at the end was told the final price was $1,292.00. When asked why the different price we were told it was for sales tax. We knew they were not allowed to charge sales tax so when we questioned the added cost the sales reps voice became very stern and insisted that's the charge. Obviously we needed the casket and did not expect to price haggle so we let it go. Our receipt shows just the $1,292.00 total. Sales tax $0.00 Shipping $0.00. Really can't explain the $197.00 difference. This company does not list their physical address anywhere on their website or their receipt. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

When contacting Sky Caskets we were under the impression that the caskets were made in the USA. We were surprised to find that they came from China. The sales Manager was nice enough and accommodating . However, I felt both gentlemen that I talked to were too fast talking and aggressive considering the circumstances of a dying brother- in- law. The casket arrived in time, but with part of the bottom siding splintering and places that had to be fixed with a staining kit. I had used a casket supply before for my Mothers funeral and it was a casket made in the USA subject to standards, but I needed a wood casket that had a certain look which they did not have on their website. pricing was equivalent. Would I use this company again? Probably not. I think it's too bad that this industry feels the need to say things such as " I'm only making a 150.00 profit" on this sale to convience some one that they are getting a the best price. (Slightly remenestic of a car salesman). I am aware that these tactics, and aggressive nature of selling will never stop however it strikes me as being really sad.

The casket was fine. I was disappointed to discover that after the funeral a fee for loading and unloading was charged. The fee was a total surprise.

Under the most difficult of circumstances the service was exceptional. Delivery was next day with no problems and arrived in prefect condition.
