My brother loved Holstein cows. I called to see if it was possible to get him a casket with cowspots on it. The Cowsket was tastefully done and everyone commented how it was perfect for him. It turned heads not only of friends and family, but of anyone who caught a glimpse. We added a motion sensor during the wake so it 'moo'd' as everyone paid their respects. My family and I thank you for helping to make his send off a celebration of his life, not a mourning of his passing. Your kindness and willingness to try something new and different brought a smile to the faces of those who lost a truly unique person.

If ever the need, I would advise anyone to purchase from Sky Caskets. From beginning to end they were helpful and courteous. The casket I purchased for my dad arrived the next day as promised and was beautiful.

My mistake was not going to Sky Caskets first. After getting a complete run around from Casketsite.com and finding out there is a pending class action law suit filed against them, Matt saved my belief in good human beings. In a panic to get a casket, it was late on Friday afternoon and I needed it to be there for my Mom's service on Monday afternoon. When I called no one answered, even though the website says 24/7 so I started searching again. But before I could dial another company Matt returned my call and APOLOGIZED for not answering when I called! I explained my situation to him and was overwhelmed by his concern and compassion for me. He walked me through the whole process, the docu sign was a breeze and the casket arrived just as promised. Losing my mom was hard enough and dealing with an incompetent company like Casketsite.com made a difficult situation even more stressful. So to say that I am forever grateful to Matt for giving me the peace of mind that Mom would be taken care of is an understatement. Bless you Matt & Colby, you have a customer for life....& ever after

EXCELLENT! Purchasing a casket is not something anyone likes to do, but my experience was TERRIFIC. Matthew W. was compassionate and understanding and saved the day by helping to correct a mistake that WE made with our order. Our situation was difficult with an unexpected death of a young father, and Matthew listened to our needs and never tried to steer us in a different direction under a time of duress. Our casket arrived on time, as promised, and is beautiful. Thank you Matthew for your remarkable customer service! I would highly recommend to all.

My name is Eric an I’ve used Star Caskets at least 30 times or more. I can ftruly say I’ve never had one complaint regarding product or delivery. These guys are reliable and stand behind every product they sell. I highly recommend Star Casket when the need arises. They have an A+ service.

My father passed and I had ordered a casket with no real idea where to send it to. It’s not as easy as you think, planning a funeral. Anyways they called me several times well after their business hours to confirm details with me. They said they wanted to get to me the next day but needed to confirm the delivery. Man - that was unexpected and extremely sweet. You see, they understood that I was in haze and tried to make this process easier. If only everyone was like that during this hard time for our family.

About half the price for the same brand coffin. Showed up on time in perfect condition. Will buy threw them again hopefully not anytime soon.

They were helpful and efficient from beginning to end. Services were provided as promised and the casket was beautiful.

Overall, the casket was great. The exterior finishes and interior fabrics were good. Only dissapointment came from the custom interior panel - we thought it would be embroidered, but it was just printed, and the colors/print were not perfect. Speed, support etc were perfect.

I never do reviews but these guys were amazing. I ordered the casket on a Monday. I asked for a Thursday delivery. The funeral got moved up in the week and I needed it in Idaho by Wednesday. They made shipping changes and got it there with just 2 days notice. I also asked for a print of a painting to be added to the lid. I sent them a jpeg photo of the painting. It turned out so good that most people thought it was the real oil painting. The casket was knotty pine and the workman ship was great. Super service, easy to work with!
