The savings of buying the casket allowed the family to focus attention on love ones. Customer service was great. The casket was beautiful, delivered exactly when scheduled. I was told by the funeral director that he was a bit hesitant in regards to online casket companies...he was delightfully surprised by the quality and price we were given. The funeral home had an identical casket to the one we purchased at a much higher cost. We saved over $2200! Very happy with our decision to purchase the casket from this company. I will note, I called several casket companies prior to calling Sky and was unhappy with all of them. This is a good choice.

Sky Caskets exceeded my expectations. I am a funeral coordinator and have used several online casket companies for my clients and Sky Caskets was by far the most accommodating and easiest to deal with. Colby was caring and personable. Delivery was made fast and casket was just as pictured. It was the same casket that our funeral home charged more than double for. I will be referring my future customers to Sky Caskets.

The casket I ordered was delivered to the funeral home on-time. In person, it looked even better than it did on-line. I received two phone calls from the company--one telling me when casket would ship from dist ctr, and a second telling me the scheduled arrival time (and point of contact) at the receiving funeral home. Both calls were much appreciated. Overall, a very good experience--the only thing keeping me from assigning a 5-star rating was an unanswered e-mail that I sent to the company on January 12th.

The casket chosen even more beautiful in person. The delivery was handled quickly and with the upmost respect. Their continued follow-up and contact with me was valued and appreciated.

My father passed away and funeral expenses were building quickly. The most costly item at the funeral home was the casket. My wife looked online and found Sky Caskets. We called to see if it was even possible to have a casket delivered to the funeral home in such a short period of time. We spoke to them at 3:00pm on Monday and they assured us that the casket would be delivered to the funeral home by 11:00am the next morning. I had my doubts but they came through. I called the funeral home at a 11:00am the next morning and sure enough the casket was delivered. The casket that was delivered was of high quality and met all of our expectations. The funeral home had the same casket in stock and was charging over twice as much as what we paid. We saved over $2,000.00 by using Sky Caskets. I would highly recommend using them. They were honest, understanding and did everything they said they were going to do.

Matthew not only saved us a huge expense, but expedited the shipment ahead of schedule. A necessary purchase during unfortunate, but inevitable circumstances, I would highly recommend this company.

Casket was amazing. Funeral home was even impressed by it. Would say looking forward to doing business with again... but that would mean a love one would have to die :-( So Ill say will do business in the future if the circumstances call for it.

I wish I would have had time to read the reviews before I called this company. I was heartbroken when my young son passed away and was just trying to figure out how I was going to pay for the funeral. I called and ordered a casket at 11:10am then on the same day at 11:35 I called and canceled the casket because a funeral home called and was offering me a casket. I was charged a $750 restocking fee. They had no date , time or address to deliver to. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night. The bank has tried to get my money back but the company refuses. Like my Grandmother always said their time will come. KARMA IT WILL GET YOU

It's good to know that there are companies that deliver honesty and integrity when you are in your greatest time of need.
