Because our casket did not arrive when expected, we had to pay $1750.00 to rent a casket until ours came in 30 minutes before the final viewing. Having said that, the staff was very helpful and professional.

Ordering a casket with Sky Caskets was a very pleasant experience at a difficult time. I was so delighted when the casket arrived. The timing was perfect. The quality was great! The color was just as it is pictured on the on the website. The savings where great. Unfortunately, they added additional fees the to price advertised on the website without explaining what the charges were for, that amounted to just under $400. It was broken up into 3 charges. I assume some of it was for taxes. It still was a good price but read the small print.

This smooth fast talking operator in the Bronx managed to overcharge me when my uncle died suddenly. The $1095 went up to $1992. He claims the charges were for shipping and taxes. The website states taxes are only charged in Utah and when I called I was told that shipping was free! Stay away from these crooks.

Road Trip. I was driving from Missouri to Los Angeles, California with my actively dying Mother trying to get her back home. During this drive I was ccoordinating over the phone while my friend was driving to purchase a casket for my Mother. Sky Caskets was very helpful with assisting me with buying the casket, I picked and letting me know that when needed it would be delivered in a timely manner. Once my Mother made her transition I just gave a call to Sky Caskets with the information of the funeral home and they delivered Mom's casket that same day. We were very pleased with the purchase of the casket for My Mother. When I called them up they were very nice. When we saw the casket at the funeral home we were very happy it was just perfect and exactly what we picked for her.

I ordered a casket in June. The staff was very helpful. The casket was delivered just as indicated and very good quality. However color on the picture was slightly different but still very beautiful. I would recommend this company.

During my time of bereavement, Sky Caskets has truly been an inspiration. I ordered two caskets for two different loved ones within a year and their services and compassion was extremely exceptional. They met my needs of a special request for two caskets being delivered to two different states and the most important thing was the caskets arrived long before the time they were required. Sky Caskets is reliable and super dependable.

This guy is a verbally abusive scheister. Tells u no shipping charge and then puts through the price of the casket and double that in shipping. Yelled at me, called me baby and sweetheart. Said he’d teach me a lesson if I didn’t take it. Hung up on me. Then threatened a 25% restock. Run from this guy. He lies and says he’s from the same area as your area code u use when you called in and turns out he’s actually out of Miami. Please. He will break your heart when you’re already heart broken.
