We had questions late at night and were routed to Matthew aka Rex – via the 24 hour number on the Sky Caskets website. Rex was very helpful and assured me that the casket would be delivered on time. The next day, I received a call from Rex letting me know that the one I had ordered online was out of stock. Rex upgraded the casket to the Roanoke - Solid Cedar Wood Casket. It was a beautiful replacement and he gave us a discounted price. He also waived the shipping, handling, and taxes – a nice gesture for our father, a WW II veteran, who in life had requested a plain pine box. When I felt a little rushed on the phone, Rex slowed down and also put Colby of the logistics department on the line to walk me through the paperwork. The casket arrived on time, was in beautiful condition, and something that we know Dad would have approved! Aside from the funeral home, who tastefully covered Dad’s casket in his flag for his military honors, we were the only ones who saw it before the service. After Taps was played, and the flag folded, when family members walked over to say their last goodbyes, everyone thought the casket was perfect for Dad. We would recommend using them. We would also make sure that any fees above the casket price are known before final purchase. J & D

Casket was beautiful, great quality...and company delivered on time as promised. Very simple transaction, took five minutes to purchase over the phone. Great staff, they made a difficult purchase as simple as it could be. I heard SO many comments from others at the funeral about how beautiful the casket was, how much everyone loved the colors and the details. They had no idea we had ordered it online...I will be telling everyone I know how they can save thousands of dollars!

I was very happy with the casket. I was directed to the owner and I would like for him to know that when people loose a loved one their thoughts are rather scrambled with all the decisions and money that has to be spent. He was very nice l, but a little to demanding on such a big decision. I just wished he would not have had quite the hard sales tactic because he almost lost a sell. . He was rather intimidating even though I was sold from what I had read and picked out online. Just next time he needs to remember where ever the call might direct too, that person he is talking to is dealing with a big decision and it is scary. It is a very emotional time. Not like buying a car. I did love the casket and it was everything HE promised. Great price too! Thank you

I can’t give this place enough stars!!!!!!funeral home wanted 3 times the amount for a casket...ordered Tuesday a little before 5pm they shipped directly to funeral home in Missoula Montana had it there in perfect condition!!!! By Wednesday afternoon!!!!!!less than 24 hours the funeral home couldn’t even believe it.

Saved $1,000 by going direct with Sky Caskets compared to what the mortuary quoted us for the same casket, including the expedited delivery fee as we needed them to drop ship the casket directly to the mortuary within two days. Quicker than Costco if you are in a hurry like we were.

I would like to share a heartfelt review in a time of loss that rocked my family to it's core. My grandmother passed away suddenly without warning and the planning phase for the funeral started before we were prepared in any way to cope with this loss. I spoke with the funeral home and was quoted a price well over $7,000 for a casket that was not top of the line as far as features go. So I came across Skycaskets.com and spoke with Matthew Warner who answered my call 10 min prior to close on a Saturday and they guaranteed my order on Monday by 4:30pm. In fact, the casket arrived at 11:59am and it was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. This company is a two steps below injury attorneys. Scum of the earth preying like vultures on the dead to make a quick buck. Using high pressure calls on the grieving to pressure into purchasing a casket. What a joke, better to pay the funeral home that these scavengers.
