Casket was beautiful! Fast and much cheaper than getting it at the mortuary. However, when I got invoice/receipt the tax and shipping charges were not separated. When talking to the individual on the phone who ended up getting the original person I spoke/order from I felt like I got several different stories of why it couldn’t be separated on the invoice. The casket was $1695 but the final price was $2292. The guy was a bit rude about it, saying he could refund my money and go somewhere else. I just wanted a receipt that depicted what he told me on the phone. I didn’t think that was too much to ask. Service on the phone 2-3 stars. Everything else was 5 stars.

I purchased a Casket from Sky Caskets for my grandfathers who was a military veteran and the casket was absolutely beautiful. It was packaged impeccably and delivered within a few days of ordering it. I even ordered a military designed custom header and it was also completed within the same time of ordering the caskets. My family was so pleased with the casket. Thank you Sky Caskets!

My mother’s service is taking place Wednesday November 21st and we wanted a casket to reflect who she was as a person. My aunt had used Sky Caskets for my uncle last year and it was a beautiful blue, so we wanted to use their services again. I told one of the owners when the service was this past Saturday afternoon and he replied that if we ordered the casket by 3 he would be able to deliver it to the funeral home by Monday morning. Not only did they deliver the casket today by 8:15 we also received a discount. I’m so thankful for Sky Caskets and Joshua for their kind and swift services.

This was my first time buying a casket, I didn't like any of the ones at the funeral home so I went online to find one.I searched so many sites and still couldn't find what I wanted, not to mention the prices were outrageous! I was giving up when I clicked on SKY CASKETS ! Low and behold they had just what I had been looking for ! A beautiful navy blue casket that was perfect for my brother that had served in the Navy. The price was so affordable and when I called and ordered it they were so nice and took care of everything for me. It was beautiful with with the American laying on it.I highly recommend SKY CASKETS to anyone and everyone.

My husband found Sky Casket on line & when he called them, he was connected straight to a real live person. We were able to purchase a casket in minutes,& guaranteed us next day delivery. They were so professional & answered all questions for us. The casket we received was beautiful!! We received many complements too. We would highly recommend this company to everyone that is needing a casket & taking out the middle man, Burials are so expensive but you can still by the most beautiful caskets for almost half the money for your love one. The company names are Sky Casket, Sunset Caskets, Dignity Caskets and Fast Caskets, they are all owned by the same person Matt Warner. DO NOT BUY CASKETS FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES. The caskets are horriblly made and even if they tell you they are made in America THEY AREN'T, these are made in China. If you are dissatisfied with the casket forget returning it or ever seeing you money again. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOTHING BUT RIPOFFS. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunset Casket, a.k.a Skycaskets.com or Fastcaskets.com, has the most unprofessional, rude and racist owner, Matthew Warner. Please do not do business with this SCAM company from Utah! I found skycaskets.com looking for a casket for my father who passed away a few days earlier. After asking some questions, I told him I'd think about it but then he started to aggressively try and get me to purchase from him. He said that he was the owner and his company has multiple warehouses in Virginia (this was blatantly false after doing some research afterwards), so he could get the casket to the funeral home the next day. When I told him I'd call him back, he said to me "Why don't you want to buy the casket from me, China Man?" At first, I thought I misheard him but then he repeated that racist statement. I asked him why he even thought I was from China and he said he could tell by the way I spoke. I then told him that my ethnicity has nothing to do with buying a casket and by the way, I'm not from China. I then told him that I refuse to spend my money from a business with a rude and racist owner and then hung up on him. Matthew then used his direct line to call me on my phone and said "Do you want to buy it China Man?" I was appalled...what business would harass potential customers? My brothers and sisters were also in the room and overheard the conversation and were disgusted at this repulsive customer service. I told him I would never buy from a racist owner and hung up on him again. He then called me again and said the same thing "Do you want to buy a casket, China Man?" I hung up on him and then he started texting and harassing me. At this point, I was livid...here I was, grieving for my father while trying to work out all the logistics for a funeral service and now I was dealing with Matthew Warner, a nasty and racist owner of a casket company that was harassing me. I started Googling his company and found out that he has a track record of harassing other customers and generally being an unprofessional jerk to grieving customers. They will try to SCAM or harass you!!! After getting harassed by phone and text, I called the Utah police department and tried to submit a complaint because I was afraid he was going to do something violent because he was obviously not a sane person. They told me that if they have enough complaints of this company harassing other customers, they can open up a case and start investigating. If anyone has been wronged or harassed by this jerk owner, PLEASE contact the Salt Lake City or the Unified Police Department and submit a complaint against this company. In addition, I highly suggest posting a review on bbb.org under "Sunset Caskets" so others do not get SCAMMED by this company. At the end of the day, I am relieved that I did not spend my hard earned money on this SCAM company that is owned by a rude and racist owner. He needs to go out of the casket business and not be able to SCAM people who are grieving for their loved ones.

High pressured, condescending & rude! Made fun of me for wanting to call back saying, "The dumbest in 32 years, ha!" Awful company!!!

Beware of the bait and switch. Sold me a casket to big for a standard sized vault and didn’t bother to tell me. Had to pay funeral home extra to upgrade vault size.

Settled on a price and shipping. I reconfirmed the price. Then when the online contract agreement came in it was $400 higher. They pulled the "oh, we didn't know we would have additional ground mileage to consider." And yet they said they work with this funeral home all the time. They could have called me and advised before sending the contract and surprising us with this inflated cost.. And if they could estimate shipping with the first quote, work with funeral home, this feels like a bait and switch in our time of despair.

RUN THE OTHER WAY. BIG SCAM. We were on a tight budget so I searched online for a less expensive casket. Found what we wanted at Sky Caskets. Called and spoke with the person who assured me he was with Sky Caskets. Told him which casket we were interested in. I specifically asked about additional costs as we didn’t have a lot of funds to use. He assured me that the advertised price would be my cost. He claimed to be in Cleveland “right down the pike” and said it would be an easy delivery. I agreed. He told me he would need me to sign and intitial an authorization he was emailing to me and called me back after he sent it to, walk me through where/how. I opened it (the form was larger than my screen) but I followed his directions looking down the middle for boxes to initial and signature at bottom. I trusted them but it was a BIG scam. I then received an invoice in my email and noticed the price was completely different. The agreed price was $995. The invoice was for $1492. No shipping charged. I immediately called back but the would not answer phone. Called again later using a different phone. Same guy answered but claimed to be someone else. He claimed to be so sorry for the mix up and assured me he’d check into it and call me back. He did not. Again would not answer my call later. Used a friends phone and called again. Same guy with yet another name. He said I could not cancel order or would be charged $700 restocking fee. I explained it was still there so there shouldn’t be a charge. He became rude, yelling at me that he was working on it and hung up on me. My credit card was billed the $1492.00 from FAST CASKETS. Gee another name. Now our loved one will not get a head stone as Sky/Fast Caskets cost $497 more than we were quoted and used up the funds.

Casket arrived on time and was charged significantly less than what the local funeral home was asking. In the event a loved one dies, I'd purchase through Sky Caskets in a heart beat.

My Mother-in-law passed away recently and we searched for a more reasonable casket supplier. We had been quoted around $ 4000. I contacted Sky Casket and contacted their staff. They were extremely helpful with my request and helped me get a casket in a rural part of New Mexico. I had no problems with the purchase and the staff understood my need to acquire the casket quickly and at a price that we could afford without wasting money. Knowing that death comes to everyone, I would recommend and use this casket company again. I have nothing negative to say at all. ScottM

Rex is a con artist. He sold us the wrong size and color casket, delivered late and then tried to get my sister and I to make the funeral home pay shipping and restocking fees if he brought another one to us telling us to be strong and to not let them (funeral home) get away with it like it was their fault he sent the wrong size, wrong color...now he is unreachable until 11pm that he calls my sister asking her if we still need another casket but refusing to take the other one back. Needless to say we had to get another one but NOT from him but we are stuck with the one he refused to take back and had the nerve to wish "Good Luck"...bad business bad customer service and in hindsight you can tell its common practice of disappointing desperate grief stricken people.

Sky caskets did an excellent job. I casket was ordered and delivered the next day. We had some trepidations about ordering a casket online, but found it to be exceptional. It was a tremendous value and much nicer than caskets the funeral home was showing us for up to $1000 more in price ! An excellent purchase and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a casket. My husband was dying and wanted to pick out his own casket. He looked on the net and found a beautiful American Red Cedar one from this company. I looked at their reviews and got nervous. They had either 5's or 1's with very little 2/3/4 in between. I called the company and they were very helpful. I decided to take the chance, since that is the one my husband wanted. I ordered it on Wed afternoon and it was delivered to my funeral home on Friday morning. My husband and I went over to see it to decide if we were accepting it. It was beautiful and well made. Even the funeral director was impressed. My husband opened the lid and said how nice the cedar smell was. (then he told me cedar will help keep the bugs out LOL). He died 4 days later. Everyone that came to the viewing commented on the beauty of the casket. I would highly recommend this company to people needing a casket.

"SKYCASKETS.COM" "FASTCASKETS.COM" "Sunset Casket LLC" Dishonest, rude, foul mouth. The site takes your order and then they call you to tell you that you have to pay additional for delivery. The first time ever where the customer service has foul mouthed me on the phone.

Horrible customer service and just plain corrupt thief. Charged 595 for shipping when i hadn't even given him a date. He also refused to refund my distraught mother just one hour after ordered. And won't answer phone calls. Rex or whatever your real name is.. you'd better call me . It was only a matter of time before your illegal and immoral business practices came back to bite you
