DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!!! Now that my 11year old son’s funeral services are over, I now have time to write my review. Everything for my sons services went beautifully well, but his embarrassing casket!!! The casket I seen online was $1395 the colbalt blue. The one I seen online was a nice shiny navy blue. The one I got was more of a matte black! It looked used and old. There was absolutely no shine to it. Even the white pillow that my precious son’s head was lying on was opening up on the seams. I noticed the hole in the pillow during his services, while I was crying! Upon moving his casket to the front of the church prior to starting his services, the handle at the head of his casket was broken!!!! We only opened up the casket twice! Thank God my brother was able to fix the leverage 1 hr into his service or someone would’ve had to stand there to hold the casket open. My brother had to go to the store to buy the extra materials to fix the head part of the casket. I’m sooo upset I had to bury my son in this cheap made and cheap looking casket that was falling apart!!!! I would NOT recommend buying from sky’s caskets!!! At the worst time of my life, the supposedly beautiful casket I seen online was a disaster. I would never want anyone to go through what I experienced.

Matt and Colby were both a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the casket, and price that I paid for it. The delivery went very smooth, and was right on time. Casket was beautiful, as advertised and for $995.00 free shipping and handling was a great price, but on another sad note, when receiving alert on my credit card they added $997.00 to the $995.00 with undocumented reasoning as in what the $997.00 was for. Leaving our balance at $1992.00! All I can say is WOW, to do something like this to someone during the loss of a loved one is pretty sad! KARMA BITES, if you Mr. Colby can lay your head down at night with peace, God be with you!

Absolutely amazing service! Great price! I ordered the lilac silver, and I must say I was completely amazed me with how prompt and fast I received it. It was here in LESS THAN 24 hours!! Although for a devastating and sad occasion, it is VERY BEAUTIFUL. Way more beautiful than I had anticipated, which was such a relief because I was so Worried it wouldn’t be what I expected since I was ordering online with such short notice. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN.

I ordered my father's casket from Fast Caskets five years ago. It was beautiful, top quality, and promptly delivered to the funeral home. Recently my mother passed away and I again ordered from them. I have told friends and family about Fast Caskets. They are the best.

First and foremost I’d like to thank Matthew for the excellent assistance he provide to our family in this very difficult time. We lost a loved one to COVID-19 and due to restrictions applied to funerals, such as closed caskets, I requested Matthew if it was possible to have a casket that would allow the family to se our loved one for the last time. He immediately gave us a positive answer and said that adaptation to the casket replacing the top part with epoxy glass was possible! Thank you Matthew, because of you we will have a chance to make this difficult time a little less painful to all of us in the family!

Great service and selection. It was very quick and easy to find and order the casket for my wife. Te casket arrived on time and I received a call telling me what time the delivery took place and also who signed for it. The casket was beautiful and of high quality.

Sky Caskets Did a fa-nominal JOB!! So easy, so straight forward!! A SUPER 1-2-3 PROCESS!! You go into something like this sight unseen not knowing anything at all!! And it all worked out so well it was so unbelievable!! They really helped me out and the casket was much nicer than I thought It would be, it was delivered the very next day, with not one single issue, PERFECT!! Thank you SO MUCH Jim Ramsey

I was pleased to find a large selection of caskets at a reasonable price. I’m glad I paid for it and it was shipped to a warehouse just a few hours away and ready for when we needed it, That day came and all I had to do was place a phone call, the casket was delivered and I received a call from Cody, letting me know the casket had arrived at its destination. They truly made this difficult time, less stressful! My entire family thanks you 🙏

I'm very disappointed with this company. Do not purchase from them. My grandmother recently passed away amid the pandemic going on. It's already hard enough dealing with a death. My family purchased from this company. Nice website nice representation w.e. On the website it says free shipping. They delivered the item and called my sister talking about please sign this document confirming you received the item. Next thing we know a extra charge of $500 was taken from my mother's account. Very disappointed. There's already a lot of losses going on in the world business must be booming for this company & they're still trying to get extra cash out of people. Very sad. Go elsewhere. Treat people how you'd like to be treated. That's all.

The process of ordering this casket was seamless. The staff was efficient, courteous and precise. They were very responsive to our questions and helped us order the casket we selected. They expedited the process in order to have the casket delivered to its destination. The confirmation call from their team that the casket arrived at the funeral home was very comforting during a time of mass confusion. I would like to thank Matthew the CEO and Colby in Operations for their attention to detail and success in making this purchase during a very difficult personal time. Although this is not a frequent purchase, Sky Caskets made the process bearable. Thank you.

Condescending, Unprofessional, Facetious, Contentious The family called one week after a 5/4/2020 e-mail and spoke to gentleman who stated his name is Travis. Travis sounded like the same person who also provided the name Matthew during an April 2020 phone call. Travis attempted to berate, bully customer and hung up the phone without hearing or resolving customer issue. Travis stated he would have any future calls routed to his personal cell phone as he was the "head guy" in charge and told his staff and attorneys what to do at the workplace. Travis made sure to point out he was in Manhattan, NY and would not provide customer service to a Chicago customer. Travis' behavior boarders on extreme and outrageous given the circumstances of his line of business and lack of empathy for a grieving family. Please see the May 4, 2020 e-mail sent to Travis and/or Sky Caskets, below: Dear Sky Caskets: The Noble Blue Brush casket is advertised and priced at $1,195.00 on your website, which includes free shipping . (attached to e-mail correspondence) On invoice order 15347, Sky Caskets charged customer $1,592.00, an extra $397.00. On the day of the funeral services, a cardboard "praying hands" insert placed into the casket head space by Sky Casket fell out and disrupted the funeral services and upset the descendant's loved ones. Sky Casket never informed customer the "praying hands" was a cardboard insert when discussing the product but instead allowed customer to believe the praying hands was a part of the original unit., sewed into the fabric or permanently fixed to the casket unit. This misinformation occurred when customer requested a casket with stainless steel praying hands on the outside of the casket and Sky Caskets chastised customer stating the hands on the outside are "gaudy" but Sky Caskets would include the hands in the inside, complimentary or free-of charge. On the date of the services, it was apparent why the "praying hands" was free-of-charge, the addition was akin to an arts and craft inexpensive cardboard insert. The insert prevented the casket to be fully locked and decedent was nearly buried with the casket seal slightly opened, until a loved one announced the defect moments before the pallbearers lowered decedent into the vault. Sky Casket made the experience of losing a loved one during the COVID-19 pandemic more challenging by providing a defective product, which was not bargained for, and by making it difficult to conduct business. The customer and his family had to make several calls to Sky Casket, which it found via a CostCo referral. Sky Casket continued to send incorrect DocuSign paperwork, have disruptive 3-way phone communications, and attempt to up-sell, cross-sell, or misrepresent free "praying hands." The invoice does not specify the difference in advertised price as compared to priced charged to the customer. Also, Sky Casket left the removable sticker on the casket stating, in part "18 inch Stainless Steel." The customer and his family are requesting a reasonable refund based on the poor service and poor quality of the product. Brandon
