I purchased wine glasses and on receipt found that one was broken I emailed this company and received no reply.I phoned later and was told it was too late to claim- absolutely useless.

Our grandmother passed away, and we purchased a casket from skycaskets (aka Sunset Casket, LLC). When it arrived the family was present when it came out of the box. The funeral home director opened the lid and one of the hinges snapped at the weld. We took pictures, the welding was horrible - very poor workmanship. My aunt called Matthew (Joshua) and he was belligerent, unprofessional, and kept touting their supposed quality control process which prevents any poor products from leaving their factory. He hung up on them. I then texted him the pictures of the welds and the broken hinge. He stated the funeral home damaged it somehow, which is completely false because we were there when it arrived. I then spoke to him on the phone and he went off on how funeral homes intentionally sabotage caskets forcing people to buy their own. I tried to explain to him that it is impossible to "sabotage" a weld that is obviously sub-standard. He refused to acknowledge that his company might have made a mistake and became belligerent with me. I've now involved the consumer protection agency in Utah and have disputed the charge. BUYERS BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a casket through Sky Casket a couple of weeks ago and was very happy. The casket was more beautiful in person than it was in the picture. More importantly, the casket was 60% cheaper than if I were to purchase directly from the funeral home. The service was exceptional with the casket being delivered to the funeral home in less than four business days. Thank you Sky Caskets. I will be referring you to others. T. Ann.

Sky caskets have some beautiful pieces in their inventory and good prices. Definitely cost-effective third party caskets available. Shipment premium for the promised 1 day delivery is $700 and for any reason, if there is a delay on shipment. After the delay, you may or may not get any refund on the promised one day delivery. Sky caskets called to let us know the delivery track, let us know when casket was delivered. There’s pros and cons here. Overall 👍

Tragically I lost my fiancée who was my soulmate,partner and best friend. There wasn't an adventure we didn't go on together even at a moments notice. One of these adventures included his favorite team the Texas Rangers. When I lost him I wanted a way I'm which to memorialize him while acknowledging the adventures that made us who we were as a couple. I saw a custom casket on a website that I thought would be perfect. However it was unavailable. I reached out to Matthew at Sky Caskets to see if he would be able to make a casket similar to the one I had found. Our phone connection was unreliable but he continued to try to reach me by text and phone to assist me. When we were able to speak he was so kind and comforting. Not just trying to sell me a casket but wanted to know the background of my love and why this casket was so important to me. He told me he would make this casket and put it into production right away. Despite this covid pandemic, his team was able to complete this beautiful custom casket for my fiancée in 1 weeks time! The finished product is more beautiful than I ever imagined. I feel privileged that Sky Caskets provided this beautiful memorial for my fiancée and I will be eternally grateful. I would recommend Matthew and his entire team 110% without a doubt. Thank you for restoring my faith in the kindness of people and the belief that I will one day be reunited with my love.

This company is awesome! I lost my mom and needed a beautiful casket for her and only had a certain amount to work with, they have the most beautiful caskets for women, I called them they returned my call n a matter of minutes, Mathew and Kobe are wonderful. They worked with me and I was able to provide my mom with a beautiful casket at a wonderful price. Customer service is exceptional!! Matthew and Colby really took care of me in our family’s time of need. On Thursday, my grandfather passed away, Saturday we went to the funeral home and were notified the cheapest wooden casket was 4K-5K, and the funeral was going to be on Tuesday. We called so many places and they told us that even with one day shipping they would only be able to deliver it by Tuesday (1 business day). Thankfully sky casket told me they could definitely get it by Monday morning since they had a local office, and recommended a beautiful red walnut casket of great quality and affordable price. I expected delivery by 11am and it actually arrived at 9am. They communicated through text me with me throughout the weekend and lined the bottom since we wanted fully open casket. So grateful for their help and would recommend to anyone.
