Our son 22 year old son was taken from us in a road rage incident.. we ordered a real tree camouflage casket ..and was agreed on price of 4192.00, delivered on the following Monday. This did not happen #1, in addition casket arrived later in the week and in doing so had many flaws in camo,, bubbling up and such, and to further dismay, they erroneously billed credit cards after agreed price , for delivery that again was not timely and defective.. I have disputed charges of 100.00 on both credit cards, processed in addition to what was authorized. Who does this , at a time like this. IF ONE MORE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ARISES THERE WILL BE CIVIL RETRIBUTION. For missappropriation of funds , Unbelievable you have to go through this for choosing there buisness .. refund my cards immediately above our agreed delivered price of 4291.00, SMH, Really !!! And that bubbled up exterior we had to turn casket around to other side so wouldn't be seen , this is unacceptable..Very 😥

It was an unfortunate occasion that my 13-year old grandson passed away. I ordered a casket, for my grandson, with the Fortnite theme, sight unseen. I put all my trust in Sky Caskets and they definitely came through with flying colors. The casket is beautiful. With all the responsibilities I had, I never had to worry about the casket after I ordered it. They delivered in a timely manner and the customer service I received was exceptional. I am so very happy and I know my grandson is smiling down from heaven.

I would like to thank Matthew with Sky Caskets. He was a tremendous help with assisting with my brother's casket. Our family had two deaths since October, 8 weeks apart. Like most we we're not prepared for either; however we were able to save on cost by purchasing thru Sky Caskets. Matthew re-assured us that the standard size casket would fit my larger than life uncle. I am happy to report the funeral home stated the casket is beautiful and holds my uncles comfortably. I would highly reccommend Sky Caskets to anyone who is enduring the same journey as my family. Thanks again Matthew for making this difficult time less stressful, you're awesome!

I have worked in retail management for 8 years now. Grieving families SHOULD NOT have to deal with multiple call backs, lies, and just being in general rude. We had an expedited shipping fee of $700 which was unfortunate but we did pay this. When I received a call the tone was extremely rushed and I was told I had to sign the documents right then and that was the first I heard of the $700 fee. I was talked down to and the whole confrontation could have been handled with grace or even just human decency.

I ordered an LSU casket for my dad who was a big LSU fan. The casket was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. The craftsmanship was top notch. . The employees are very professional and understanding. I am glad I chose them to do business with.

All i can say is that this casket company did exactly what they said they would do ! They delivered the casket i ordered on schedule and in excellent shape ! and at the agreed upon price ! who could ask for anything more ! Id highly recommend this company !!!

My wife is a devout Michigan fan. When I saw that SkyCaskets were able to customize a casket with her beloved Michigan Wolverines, I knew what I wanted for her. Speaking to both Matthew and Colby we were able to have a casket made with custom head and foot liners installed, as well as the Michigan Block "M" at the head and foot. It arrived and upon inspection, it was just as I envisioned. Special thanks to both gentlemen for working with me to provide a unique casket for my wife. Keith E. Marlow, Ok.

Just Like the last review I would not recommend this company, i order a casket from a guy called Josh and just like the person on the last review the casket they delivered was too small i contacted him and he was rude and unwilling to help me all this during my grief and the death of my son (this is wrong) I have contacted him 3 times to try and get them to take back the casket and he tells me he does not know who I am and he laughs saying i he has no idea what I am talking about. I am filling a lawsuit. please please do not do business with this company or this individual what he does is wrong very wrong!!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a specific casket and received the wrong one. Once I contacted the representative he was very rude. He tried to tell me I had the right casket. I mentioned where I had pictures and where we texted to what I needed and ordered and he still was rude and very unprofessional. It was beyond distasteful customer service.

I can't rave enough about these gentlemen at Sky Caskets! What a blessing to run across their website. Matthew & Colby were so kind and accommodating and Quick! Knowing our Mother's life would soon end we were trying to prepare but the casket we ordered from Costco did not arrive as scheduled. We are so grateful for them and their loving service to our family.

They were friendly, on point with how we felt with this being our first time. Their speed in getting our product was appreciated to the fullest. They can get a 10 for that alone, and all my business.

Custom casket arrived on time for a reasonable price. Definitely better than buying from funeral home. Very small minor imperfections with paint and stenciling but nothing to fret about. Would definitely consider buying from Sky/Sunset Caskets again!

the pink casket we ordered for my mother was absolutely beautiful; and was delivered very fast. we were very satisfied.

With placing my order for my Loved One on short notice and limited time. Sky Caskets were on my order as soon as I placed my order online to ensure a timely delivery. As soon as they received my order they then, called me to inform me that there were documents to sign. There was an associate that walked me through the document signing process so that within in minutes of the signing process they ensured me that my purchase was on the truck and leaving their facility the same day. Furthermore, once my purchase had arrived at the desired location, I received an unexpected courtesy call. To let me know that my order had been delivered. Not that I would want to have the need to make this type of purchase again anytime soon, but should the need arise, I would definitely return to and recommend Sky Caskets for the purchase. They were extremely helpful, kind and polite!!!
