I purchased a BEAUTIFUL CASKET FOR MY BEAUTIFUL MOTHER who passed away Feb.7, 2020 and was buried Feb. 17, 2020. The Casket's picture online was absolutely breath taking. I loved it and my online search was over. I called SKY CASKETS 801.410.3300 and spoke to two VERY Nice, Compassionate and Professional men, who were more interested in comforting me and assuring me I would be pleased and satisfied. I don't recall their names, but I will always remember their kindness and professionalism. The Casket arrived in Allentown, Pa. as promised. It looked even MORE beautiful than the beautiful picture that's online. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND THE PRICE WAS EVEN BETTER. I cried!! My entire encounter with Sky Casket employees made buying a Casket for my Mom easier. They cared. They gave me their best service. I purchased what I KNOW, was their best quality merchandise. Departing this life is a reality we all face. I WILL recommend this company to any and every one. Infact, I will have the same kind of Casket, from this company, my Mommy had when it's my departure time. I will use this company again and again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SKY CASKETS. Very Unprofessional and rude....Who uses profanity with their customers. Your supposed to help on this time of need instead only after a buck and didn't live up to your word or standards...Disappointed

This company is a scam. I tried to cancel 2 hours after ordering and they refused. The casket was asked to be customed made and it wasn’t. I called and was hung up on. The funeral home called on my behalf and was cursed out.I was told to cancel the order it was the total cost of the casket. So basically, either used the crap they sent me or they just take the money and casket too.Taking advantage of people is not good and pray GOD have mercy on you. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!! The casket wasn’t custom made. The ladies where still on the outside of the casket— How could I bury my brother in that? The casket arrived to the funeral home less than 24 hrs of ordering. And a refund of $76 is not a refund, when $1392 was paid.

All I can say is WOW. I was floored by the outright lies, the attitude, the rudeness, and the lack of professionalism on the part of skycaskets.com. "Matthew" the "CEO" is a rude, high pressure salesman. The most staggering thing was the outright lies. He claimed to supply all the caskets for my chosen mortuary. They had never heard of him. Don't be fooled. He does a quick google search for your chosen mortuary while you are speaking and uses that information to pretend to be familiar with them. When I attempted to back away, he tried to scare me into believing that me, a total stranger who called him out of the blue, was getting a $500 discount that only he could provide if I purchased right then. Total SCAM. Fortunately, the "red flags" were obvious, and I gave him no financial information. Needless to say, I bought the needed casket from someone else. Be SURE to check out their poor BBB reviews as well. They are listed there as Sunset Caskets, LLC. Apparently they are also fastcaskets.com. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

The casket itself was a beautiful color, well made and a sleek shape so it didn't take away from the flowers we have on it. The lining was nicely pleated( I sew so I look at these things) and complimented the casket nicely. The rapid delivery time was tremendous and filled the bill with the holidays to be worked around. The gentleman who answered your phone was very prompt doing so and had a pleasant voice in helping me decide on the casket we wanted.

The Sky Caskets team was very helpful with my purchase. The casket was shipped nearly instantly after I placed the order. The team was very accomodating to my needs. I recomend Sky Casket because they get it done!

You know it is a difficult time when you have to order a casket. So when companies try to do their best to service your needs it is appreciated. Caskets can get expensive but we were able to buy a beautiful one for our loved one for half the cost at the funeral home. Thank you for your sensitivity and getting the casket to us on time.

I was worried as one does under these circumstances but everything was wonderfull from price to quality and delivery. I would and will do bussiness with this company again. I also saved $3000, compared to the funeral home price.

I placed my order for my husband’s grandmother’s casket and it was the simplest process. The awesome staff helped me place my order on the phone. The casket was overnighted to me and I have over $3,000. They made a difficult situation that much less stressful. I cannot stress enough how kind they were and how simple they made the process. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! We had an unexpected death in our immediate family, after consulting with the funeral home and cost I looked online for caskets after reading that you didn't have to purchase the casket from the funeral home. I saw a casket that I liked on Sky Caskets website. I called and spoke to a guy to inquire about the casket and If i could have it delivered in time for the services. He told me that they were located in New York, specifically the Bronx. (I'm in Rhode Island) he assured me his driver could have it at the funeral home I hired for the arrangements the next day. First problem their website is very misleading, after I gave my credit card number he emailed me a receipt to sign and to accept the charges while I was still on the phone with him. When I opened the email he had tried to charge me an additional thousand dollars plus, over what the price was on the website. Telling me the fee was to drive the casket to the funeral home so much per mile from New York. I repeatedly told him I wanted to cancel he wouldn't do it! at one point he acted like he couldn't hear me asking if I had hung up when I was clearly still on the phone being very adamant I wanted him to cancel the order. Telling him I will just buy the one that the funeral home offered me. He laughed, asking if I had seen the casket from the funeral home even went as far to say that he wouldn't bury his dog in the casket from the funeral home. He then asked if anyone in my family was in the military I said yes why? Well he said I'll give you a discount and only charge you the sales tax. I agreed to it, worst mistake. Being overwhelmed with grief I just wanted get a nice casket that I could afford. I received a call from the funeral director the next day when the casket was delivered she informed me that it was defective that the locking mechanism fell out and the casket was locked shut and would not open. I obviously refused delivery and had them send it back as the delivery driver was still there. I called sky caskets to report the problem and see if I could get a replacement in time for the service. I got the same guy on the phone, he immediately blamed the funeral home saying they broke it. when I told him I was sending it back, and that I refused the delivery he became very belligerent and using foul language then hung up on me and would not talk my calls. I had to buy the pricey casket from the funeral home to have a casket for the service. Sky Caskets charged my credit card even thought the casket they sent me was defective and they got it back. I am still disputing the charge on my credit card. and I have reported them to the BBB. They are a horrible company without ethics. To pray on and take advantage of people like this, knowing they are in such an emotional state. You sir are the lowest form of scum on the face of this earth!!

I was looking for a better deal than the funersl homes were offering, because i knew family wasnt going to help me. I ran across a beautiful casket online. Called sky caskets and immediately someone answered. Without hesitation or getting transferred a dozen times. They informed me the casket i wanted was out of stock amd offered an even nicer casket for a discount. I ordered it on a Monday night....and 9am Tuesday morning the funeral home called and told me it had arrived. Shortly after sky casket called to tell me it was delivered. NICE people to work with thorough. Definitely will call again!

We were impressed with finding your site. We were not aware that caskets could be purchased in this manner until a relative told us to try it. Although the savings is incredibly lower than funeral home pricing, we did pay a little more than web site price advertised. I called in to ask a few questions and the owner quickly helped me order the casket in next to no time.

I never bought a casket online or ever needed to, and I'm so thankful and blessed to have come across sky caskets, they were very attentive and nice and answered all my questions that I have and they delivered in less than a day! Which was so awesome! I would definitely recommend sky caskets to all of my friends and family !

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in 2 years I’ve needed their services and I can say they’ve truly taken care of me in difficult times. Their customer service is outstanding and their product is unbelievable, the last thing you need in an emotional time of making decisions is high pressure. These guys put your needs above all else.
