Amazingly great service. Sky Casket was so wonderful in getting the casket to us during a time when we only had a short window to get it to the funeral home. They did an amazing job helping us. They were understanding efficient and really wonderful and appreciate the professionalism.

When I paid on price listed it was a hidden price. The price was double from the listed price with free shipping. Shipping was not free. When the Casket arrived it appeared to be blemishes with defective spots. When called the owner or manager were very rude. When you list the price it should not increase. I would not recommend to use Sky Casket to anyone. I am not satisfied with the customer service. They lied and stated the casket had not left the Atlanta area when it was coming to NC. It had already arrived. The delivery was on time. I will and should have used the funeral home. I paid more than at the funeral home for the same casket.

Extremely put out with this company and how they handled our transaction. At a time of such grief, you expect to be presented with full disclosure, you won’t find that here. ps Obtaining property by false pretense is felony when the dollar amount is over $1000 here in NC.

Our experience with Sky Caskets was very pleasant and the casket was delivered on time, as promised. In fact, we received notice upon its arrival. To be honest I was concerned about ordering from a company I had no experience with so I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. To our pleasant surprise all worked out exceedingly well and I would definitely recommend them to others. We were able to buy a much nicer casket for our loved one and for much less cost.

The customer service and quality of product should be goal of every American business. Most beautiful walnut casket you can imagine at a wonderfully affordable price, delivered sooner than quoted. THANK YOU

My wife had just died and I searched on-line and found your site. You told that the funeral home would double or triple the cost of any casket I purchased from you. I chose a casket that was priced at $1995.00. If, I got it that day as you had a truck loaded that was heading to my location. You were very convincing so I agreed and purchased it for that price. When I received the bill you had charged me a $1000.00 extra fee! Price was $2992.00. This was incorrect. I called to get it resolved and the person said, "YES, It was an oversite and I was charged to much and it would be corrected. The boss would call me the next day to get the overpayment corrected." I got no call. I called back a couple days later and was told the same thing and I would still get a call back. NO CALL!!! Over the next couple weeks I called several times only to get the answering machine. I left a message every time BUT guess what??? NO REPLY. Why would you do this and take advantage of people? I was going to purchase a casket for myself for when I pass and guess what? I bought it from the funeral home. A nice Military casket as I am a 100% Disabled Vet of 19yrs. This is not right. Please reply to this e-mail and tell me why it was $1000.00 more than advertised and what the actual price would be and the amount of my refund. WE agreed on the price of $1995.00. You said nothing of any additional charges. Why no refund of your overcharge. Why not enough courage to face this and call me? Steven Martin 442-309-4299

Sky caskets is amazing. We had planned our service and the funeral home had no caskets. We called Sky Caskets and they got one to us the next day. On time, in perfect condition just as they promised. They were fast and efficient. Pricing was much lower than the funeral home as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent casket at a great price! Beautifully made and much better in person. Arrived earlier than planned, so no room at funeral home(extra charge for storage). A little misleading on website where it says free shipping(wasn't free). Good customer service, for the situation. Fast and courteous.

was out of stock on the casket i wanted the white rose sub for the cordova which was less money but had some upgrade features that i wouldn't be charged for but guess what i was paid over $1700 for a $1000 dollar casket

I called SkyCaskets as my father's funeral was within a week of contacting them. I paid extra for shipping, but they delivered it within 2 days of ordering. There was a mix-up at the Funeral Home with my father's casket. Apparently, the funeral home purchases their caskets from SkyCaskets too and misplaced it with their inventory. They mark up the price by over 300%. During the mix-up, SkyCaskets within 10 minutes provided me the date, time, and place of delivery and the funeral director that signed for it! They really saved the day. So glad I decided to use them, and I would recommend them to anyone else who loses a loved one as well.
