This company's service is fantastic. The casket I choose was out of stock. They found me one I liked even better. The casket arrived on time, and was even more beautiful in person than in the picture. Hopefully, it will be a long time before I need Sky Caskets' products again, but I will definitely give them my repeat business.

I want to start out by saying this was one of the most smoothest purchases I've ever had. The CEO of the company picked the phone and assisted me. He explained every step of the process to me. I was very skeptical with purchasing online so I called a couple of companies that could deliver within 24 hours. When I tell you this rep was on POINT. Not only did he help me choose the absolute best one for my mom but it was more beautiful in person! The whole process only took maybe 15 minutes minus my payment issues but I was so pleased and so was my family. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

The customer service was great, The casket was better than expected. We felt the $900 rush shipping cost was excessive when most funerals happen in less than 10 days.

I felt rushed and was misinformed of pricing. I expected more patience from your staff during a difficult time in life especially when one is not completely focused and not thinking clearly. We had 2 deaths within 3 months. This was the second casket purchased and we experienced dissatisfying service with both. I completed purchase transactions today with Colby Love, who made the entire process easy to accomplish. It is one thing to make funeral arrangements for one parent, but having to make them for both parents is devastating. Working with Mr. Love took all the stress out of the process, which is very much appreciated. Caskets were purchased and shipped the same day to the intended destination. However, once my mom's casket arrived, the mortuary team, where the caskets should have been released, the casket was damaged. When I contacted Sky Caskets, the only resolution the representative offered was to put flowers over the damaged area and a $300 discount. Using flowers to cover the area would NOT have worked. What a great disappointment to have to go to another vendor and purchase a 2nd casket for my mom. To date, Sky Caskets is refusing to reimburse me for the entire purchase. This is not how you treat customers, especially ones who purchase two caskets for a double funeral for both parents. Dr. Dee Akram

The casket arrived on time even though we had to expedite it, because of the Holidays. At the time of purchase the representative upgraded me with much nicer casket for the price of the one that I ordered and with delivery charge included. Thank you for the nice quality casket and timely sevice.

I called in 2 weeks ago to order a casket for my mother who recently passed away. I accidentally got transferred to Matt, one of the owners or Sky Caskets. He helped me through the buying process and put a rush order on the casket so that we received it in time for my mother's viewing. Now, 2 weeks later I had to call to order another casket, this time for my grandmother who passed away 2 days after my mother's funeral. Matt again handled my call with full class and respect for the situation. I also worked with a guy names Colby and he followed suit with the same respect and class as Matt did. In a time like this, I cannot say enough about these guys. Excellent customer service with class and humility.

Buying a casket is not a fun thing to do. It's an expense that can put a extra burden on families when a loved one passes. This was our situation although we had a great funeral home, we were not excited with the cost of their caskets. We felt that we could find the same casket at a lower price if we purchased online. We had a few hiccups but they worked with us to make sure we got what we ordered on time for the service. The next time we are in need of a casket (hopefully not soon) I'll definitely give Sky Caskets a call. Keep up the great work!
