I dealt directly with the CEO of this company, Mathew, and cannot say enough good. They are coordinating with the funeral home on an expedited delivery and are going to make my loved ones last wishes an economic reality. I spoke to Colby who handled the logistics and promised overnight delivery at a specified time. I cannot be happier with this result of the transaction. I would highly recommend this company over an overpriced casket from a funeral parlor.

Wow! Very rude. My mother is in her last few hours of her life and my sisters and I found out the casket she had picked out a few years ago is now discontinued. We called the number on Sky Casket website and got “Matt”, he said he was the owner. I tried to explain that we were just wanting information. He proceeded to start asking questions etc. we told him what we we’re looking for and he told us how long it would take to get it with a couple of options. We received pricing as well. I told him I would talk it over with family and then the pressure started. He told me I had to “order right now, there was no calling back it had to be done now”. I said then we would just have to pass. That’s when he hang up on me as I heard him say “what a waste” (click). If you want to be pressured by a very rude person during a hard time in your life then this is the company for you!

Never have I had a more unprofessional experience. Rex, Matthew,Max or whatever name he took that day was constantly rude and his condescending remarks (dude, partner, friend and others) were his way of dealing with my family when a receipt was requested after the sale was completed. He screamed, constantly interrupted, and hung up. Then he actually called back and apologized claiming he was stressed exposing he grew up in the "mean streets of New York," and would forward the receipt immediately. Still waiting! Buyers beware!

I wouldn't recommend these guys forward to anyone which they probably DON'T CARE because that's exactly how they treated my family..THEY JUST DIDN'T CARE! We had a mishap with the first coffin which we took full responsibility for but JOSH, DON, MATT or whatever he called himself because everytime I called it was the same voice with a different name he even went as far to tell me he was the answering service, and all through this time of Greiving that my family and I were going through I was still trying to be nice, he just kept giving us a run around even though we purchased a second casket from him, he continually treated us rude and cold hearted.. I can't understand how on his Bio he says he's caring Not at all my friend! I really can't understand how he is still in business if that's how he treats his customers and now we are stuck with a second casket that we have no clue what to do with it because he would not take it off our hands without charging us the full price of the casket less $200..SURE NICE GUYS AT SKYCASKET!!

THE WORST customer service I have ever received!! At first, they were so kind and helpful towards helping us with my niece's casket for her funeral, but when plans changed so did their attitudes. We had already purchased the casket from them with ease, but unexpectedly we were informed that we were going to have to cremate her instead of a burial like originally planned. We called the phone number on the website and the man was SO rude. He told us that getting rid of the casket wasn't their problem because we had changed funeral plans, not them. Word for word that is what came out of his mouth. I understand completely that companies have return policies but the attitude was given to people who are OBVIOUSLY grieving and trying to figure out the best situation possible for their loved one was absolutely unacceptable. They were helpful when they wanted to receive our money and then when plans changes, so did their attitudes.

Where do I start . Let's just say Matt an Colby are awesome . When i called . Matt and Colby both took time to ask who my cousin was as a person from that point on it felt like a friend helping me out more then a business trying to get a customer. I was on the phone with Matt for 20 plus min an I'm sure 15 min of that was me crying Matt talked to me like a friend (I'll never forget that).Colby , four days into our build I had a huge change in plans . I got a call from Colby from his personal phone and he took time and walked me thru the process and said ( if you got any ideas my phone is open 24/7). I never got any negative energy from anyone I spoke with. The custom ( kiss ) casket was cheaper then the basic casket cost . I can not stress how much these people helped emotionally . Thank you guys so much. Them guys know it's the last memory of our loved ones and they make it special. Thank you guys so much .

I really enjoyed my experience with Sky Caskets and the owner. Although I didn’t particularly like the reason I had to contact Sky Caskets.😢 The owner made my experience very nice. I didn’t give them a 5 star because there is always room for improvement. To sum it up I would highly recommend them and I definitely use them again.

My mother in law passed in 2020. We were very nervous about purchasing online. Matthew and his staff were beyond professional & comforting. The casket was beautiful. Exactly a reflection of my very spiritual MIL. Never in a million years did I expect to be back, purchasing a casket for my husband 11 months later. Again, flawless service. Unfortunately, we had a huge screwup by the funeral home and we were almost forced to move the service elsewhere. I was an emotional wreck. Matthew was right there assuring us with such professionalism he would make sure the casket was picked up and moved where ever we needed it. Whatever that took to make it happen. I own a small business. This is how it’s done right. Do not hesitate to use this company.
