At time of arrival at the airport was different than what was said to be delivered by Delta looks like communication got mixed up or he just wanted to sell me the casket anyway knowing it wasn't going to fit in my window and if that be the case I would drive 14 hours up to New York and confront him.

Thank you for making my vision of my husbands dream casket. My BigMac was a San Francisco 49er Fan since he was five years old. Throughout the years he always was glued to the game of football 🏈 and once was working towards a career of the game until he shattered his leg. I promised him he would be buried in a SF 49er casket. I had no ideal that no one but Sky Casket could make that promise come true. I truly Thank You for the beautiful detailing inside and out. People from all walks of life came to just see the casket not knowing my husband which made me proud of the casket uniqueness. Pictures were circulated of the craftsman of any dream could come true if you worked together. Thank you again knowing my husband smiled in Heaven.

I called sky casket for a custom service for the homegoing of my brother. He was a cowboys fan to the heart. I wasn't myself, I was very emotional and have not had to prepare for this tragic day. I talk to Matthew, who introduced me to Colby. It was not protocol to email me back and forth the design to make sure how I wanted it. I really appreciate them working with me and making sure I was happy and satisfied with the design. The casket came out beautiful and I know my brother would be so pleased with them. I would recommend sky casket, they treat you like family.

The casket I ordered was beautiful... even nicer than on line view. I am sure Mom loved it. Sky service was fast, courteous and all details accurate. Couldn't ask for any better. Finalizing a love ones funeral arrangements is a Very Stressful undertaking! I wanted something different for my Dad...I called Sky Caskets told them what I wanted, The casket Craftsmanship & Details was BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!

This review is strictly for the phone call. I have never experienced anything like this, in my life. Being that this was a casket purchase made it even more offensive. Matt wondered how I got 'him' when I called, as he is the 'CEO' and has 800 employees! (Notice how EVERY reviewer has spoken with MATT.) He asked if I was the decision maker, wanted to 'help me out' (with the cost), asked me to give HIM a price that I was comfortable with, then gave me a $300 discount TO 'help me out.' The catch... I had to make the decision right then, (while actually saying "no pressure.") I told him that I would need a couple of hours, to speak with family members. (I actually needed the time to contact the other company, which I was dealing with, to get there price.) He then said, "I thought you said that you were the decision maker?" I told him that while I'm the final decision maker, it's family. I said, "If you can give me this price now, why can't I get it a couple of hours from now? I was then told, because I would get one of the 800 employees and they wouldn't know about this special price. He said, "Tell you what Sweetie, (which he called me NUMEROUS times! Sweetie!!) I'll call you back in 25 minutes. I then called the other company, got their price, (which was $2 less then Mr. Sweeties price), meaning there was no 'special price' at all. He called me back and ask what I had decided and I told him that I would be going with the other company and that they were even $2 less than his 'special price.' He laughed and said "I'll match the $2." I told him that wasn't the point and that the other company gave me an honest price from the get go. He then asked if I had checked the other company with the BBB and asked for the name, which I said was no concern of his. He then laughed and as he was hanging up, he said, "rude." Buying a casket from Matt (who I'm sure is the ONLY employee), is literally like buying a car from a shyster used car salesman. Absolutely appalling!

This was by far the easiest part of any arrangements I have made for the sudden death of my husband. My only problem was that I made a mistake on the delivery address and was charged $100 to change it. Other than that, this was the only way to ever buy a casket. Funeral home didn’t really like it but oh well. . . Melissa M

At first I was leery of ordering a casket off of the internet due to all the scams these day. After talking to Matthew and Colby, I felt pretty safe to order the casket that I needed. They explained everything thoroughly and helped us make a good purchase. We picked up the casket from the airport with no trouble and the casket was beautiful and perfect. Very well pleased indeed!

The quality of the casket I received was spot on and the transaction went very smooth. The only problem was the casket I wanted was not available and the replacement was to be the same price, but the freight increase pretty well took care of the the price difference. I am happy, but next time I will check freight differences.
