Colby did a great job in working with me, explaining the casket types, and reassuring us how the caskets are boxed, shipped, and checked prior to departure and upon arrival. It was a gorgeous casket at less than half the cost of what the funeral home would have provided. Kudos to Sky Caskets and Colby.

Fast and efficient service

With Covid variants looming on the horizon I felt the best decision for my 99 year old mother was to plan ahead. I couldn't afford the outrageous prices the funeral home was charging for caskets. Luckily Matthew answered my call and arranged for an affordable beautiful casket to be delivered to Mom's garage. Hopefully Mom will not need the casket for many years.

Our family would like to Thank this company for their excellent service, along with an excellent price for the casket we purchased it was almost 1/2 the cost from the funeral home, and super fast delivery from LA to Bakersfield so we could put our beautiful mother to rest. I was hopeful when I first ordered the casket for my dad's funeral. They claim overnight shipping and when it came time to pay, I entered my credit card info and my 1500.00 casket was on its way.. so I thought. Two hours later, someone called me from MN. He was a fast talker and said how he was glad he saw my order come in. He stated the casket is being put on the truck as we speak and will be headed my way. He made it sound emergent and took my credit card info again. Turns out, this is how they get you. My credit card was charged for another 1200.00 for what I assume is shipping. It was still less than buying from the funeral home so I let it go. The next day, another guy calls me from UT saying that the casket I ordered is out of stock and I need to pick out a different one. He gave me two options, neither was as nice as the one I originally picked out. I asked him about the guy who called me saying my casket was on the way. He said had no idea who that was and avoided further questions about it. My casket didn't arrive until 5 days later! 5 days!! It was the morning of the funeral and it finally arrived. The funeral director was stressed out and thought we would have to push the funeral back. I was stressed out and felt duped. The box was damaged and I had to help the funeral director unload the casket and try to get it in the building.. the day of my dads funeral. My advice, pay the little bit extra and buy through the funeral home. Not worth the hassle.

The team at Sky Casket are top notch, they were very professional and helpful during our difficult time. The team made sure we got our casket. We ordered the White Rose casket and the pictures don't do this casket justice, this casket is gorgeous. We received so many compliments on the casket and asked where we found it! Thanks for the elegant casket it made this difficult time a beautiful.

called sky caskets on Thursday after a few dead ends. He said he was in process of loading truck for next day delivery. Beat funeral home price hands down including delivery. Arrived next day before deadline time of 11 AM. Can't thank all involved enough. Well done.

I called the office to order a casket, the man that picked up told me that he had a delivery going out immediately and put me on hold while he told the delivery team to wait. When he came back, he rushed me through the order and told me he was sending a DocuSign to sign. I told him that my sister was the one paying with her credit card, and he got her email address to send the DocuSign. While still on the same call he sent the DocuSign and told my sister to sign it immediately so we could meet the delivery truck. After signing we realized he increased the price by almost 1000 dollars. He told us to call back the next day after 4pm that he would reverse the charge. When we called the next day after 4pm. he kept cutting the phone off and after I left an irate message, he informed me that he was not issuing a refund. while grieving the loss of my mother unexpectedly. I have had to go and look for money to borrow to cover this new expense.

Even tho I was assured more than once I would receive the pink casket I wanted we had a lavender one delivered- also the "mother" embroidery looked like "moother" because of an excessive loop on the letter m- I was very disappointed & distressed I used your company- strongly advise using caution for future clients

Very reliable over and above our expectations. Took care of details at a time we needed them the most. Our mothers casket was much more beautiful than any picture we saw. Inside was also beautiful. Graphic artist did phenomenal job as well. Thank you so very much.
