If I could I would give sky casket zero reviews . This place is a scam ! My mother passed due to COVID , I was in desperate need of a casket and I used this company. I paid for the casket and was charged another 1,332.44 for shipping and handling which wasn’t told to me previously. However fema decided to reimburse payments for the funeral bill. I called their office because it was 1 year later and was told they didn’t keep records for that long . I called today and the beast returned my call and hung up on me refusing to provide me with the proper receipt I was asking for . They’re unprofessional and have zero empathy for a person who also just buried my eldest son who lost his fight to cancer . I would NEVER use these people ever again in life . Beware

We just Google searched purple caskets and came across this company Sky Caskets. At 1st it seemed too good to be true. The price and the whole process of buying a casket online made me skeptical to begin with but the funeral home was charging us almost 3 times what I paid at Sky Caskets. Instead of a generic funeral home casket I got one with a personal touch for our mother. Now let's talk about the whole buying process. I picked out the one i wanted and then called the number to order. I some how got the owners direct line and I must say Matt was soooo professional and very accommodating. He answered questions in great detail, explained the process start to finish and offered different options that fit my price range. The process went so smooth and so quickly and before I knew it, it was time to pay. I will be honest in my review when I say that I almost felt rushed into the decision which made me even more skeptical about the online buying process. I just did not want to get scammed. I tried to think about it from from a sales standpoint and Matt seemed very confident and assured us everything would go smoothly. I see why he is the owner because I felt confident and trusted his knowledge and expert advice. He even offered different payment options that allowed for flexibility throughout the process and that's what got my business. I signed all the documents online and he took the payment right there over the phone from my living room. I asked to do a split payment and he was accommodating with that too. I could compare the ease of buying from Sky Caskets to making a purchase on Amazon. I can tell you this was far from the traditional way of buying caskets but with technology the way it is, I feel like Matt has a cutting edge business and is doing a wonderful service. I received the review in my email a day before my expected delivery date and wanted to immediately give 5 starts but on the other hand I was reluctant to fill it out until I was sure the whole process went smooth. I ordered on a Friday and were scheduled to receive the delivery 3 days later on a Monday. I got the call at 9am Monday morning that the casket had arrived and I was astonished. I went to look at it to check and make sure we got the correct one and I was blown away. The casket was exactly as it looked online and was sooooo pretty. The inside was plush and it was embroidered on the inside lid with a luxurious pillow. I am sooooooo happy I took a chance and found a company like Sky Casket. I will forever highly recommend them to anyone who is going thru what I just went thru. Matt promised good service and he delivered way beyond my expectations so thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the only thing that went as planned in the whole process of planning of the funeral. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

This was an amazing experience! Matt the CEO was awesome! He was so kind and helped us so much! He was very understanding of our situation and actually had sympathy, not just trying to get our money like all the other places we called! The casket arrived very quickly and it was beautiful!!! The casket was for our mother who passed away so young. We ordered the heavenly mother casket in a lilac purple color which was my moms favorite color. The casket has the word mother stitched inside in a beautiful script writing. I believe my mother will lay to rest in peace in her favorite color. I highly recommend sky caskets and Matt to help you! Actually, this rating is underrated... we were so, so pleased with the casket for our sons untimely death... he was only 33yrs old. So first, the shock & disbelief... then to the preparation and planning. I contacted Sky Caskets on Tuesday for a Saturday funeral and my son's casket was delivered 2hrs prior to the promised time frame, on Friday! Not only was the casket received on time, however, it was above and beyond my expectations. I truly cannot THANK Matthew and his team, for such an excellent product. Our family & friends will be talking about my son's funeral for years to come. Thank you, once again... for your service, your attention to detail, and your promised delivery WAS TOP-NOTCH and 2nd to none!! The Caskets for my mom and dad were absolutely beautiful. It was a horrible experience to bury my parents at the same time but Sky Caskets did an awesome job.

Sky caskets had the casket we wanted ,and had it at the funeral home next day and I placed order in afternoon.they called me day of to let me know what time delivery was to be expected.these guys are legit thanks sky caskets!

The entire experience was extremely positive. My family is mourning the loss of our patriarch. We wanted a casket suitable for him, yet at a price point the would work with our budget. Getting the casket from Sun Casket made all the difference. Matt, the CEO, was courtesy, kind and sincere. The company handled everything with the deliver, and the casket arrived early. The quality of our selection exceeded expectations. I will refer friends who are in need the Sun Casket.

My mother's casket is beautiful and was delivered timely, the only thing that I didn't like was the "Mother" panel. It reads Mother, but the way it is embroidered, the "M" has a big loop on the end of the letter which gives an appearance of an "o" and kinda looks like "Moother". There is nothing I can do to change it, but maybe it won't be so noticeable after her flowers are on the casket, but this company may want to check on this and make changes.

Posted a previous review and wanted to follow up. We finally got an email today from the man and it had an additional 1k of shipping outside of the $550 shipping and 25% restocking that the original document we signed said we would have to deal with for the return. When we called him we told him we wanted to have the address and just ship it back ourselves and told him we were not ok with his additional costs that were not in the pay agreement document we signed to order the casket. He then began to yell at my father and I and made fun of us, he cussed at us, he threatened us with a law suit, and was so unprofessional the funeral home owner, who was in the room with us, is now sending out a memo to all of the 2500+ funeral homes in his network to make sure they know to advise people to keep from using this company. This man, whoever he is, is not professional, he ridiculed my father and I, and tried to get push us to being unprofessional with him. I don't know how someone in the business can be like this but he was very proud that we were not the only family he had treated like this. Really sad. Take your business elsewhere please. Save your family the heart ache.

Expedited shipping got casket to funeral home the very next day. As the law reads, funeral homes must accept casket purchases not from them. Saved $3,000 over funeral home price. And the funeral home purchases their caskets from Sky caskets also. I just cut out the middleman profit.
