Obviously this was unexpected but we received our order a day early after ordering past the official cut off time! The casket is beautiful and my grandmother is going to love it I’m glad you all were able to make this request happen so fast because we fell in love with the cedar casket and we know she would have loved it.

Stay Away! This guy "Matthew" and his sidekick "Colby" are the two biggest douchebags that I have ever come across. You're already in a vulnerable position when you lose a loved one, but the predatory dealings one will encounter dealing with these two unprofessional a-holes is unfathomable. "Matthew" is not personable, just a motor mouth used car salesman type. He will tell you that you must hurry because the truck the coffin will ship on will be leaving in 10 minutes. (Just more BS lies.) Write down figures as he is talking, because they will getting inflated. Then before you even strike any deal they will want your billing info, then before you even sign the "E-doc" contract that they send you, they will start drawing funds from your account, they will try to draw multiple withdrawals. Then they will call you back and say hurry sign the contract, (If you tell them you want to read it, they will be like there is no time, The truck that should have left 10 minutes ago is now leaving in another 30 minutes. (MORE LIES) If you hesitate, he will start spewing bs of how they have sold 157,000 coffins nationwide. They will ask you what funeral home you are dealing with. And after a quick google search, he will say oh the one on (insert googled address here). Them he will say we ship to them all the time. Meanwhile most funeral homes have never heard of these goofballs. (Even more lies). And of course the whole time they will tell you you're going to save thousands. LOLOLOL. Actually the funeral home had the same casket i wanted and the FUNERAL HOME WAS ACTUALLY MUCH CHEAPER!!!! Meanwhile when I told "Mathew" I was not signing the contract, he continued to do his creepy pressure sales spiel. Then I said well I got a fraud alert from my bank. ( Meanwhile I did a goggle search, I saw the bad reviews). I then respond to the fraud alert and freeze my bank card. Then I said "You know what? Cancel any paper work you have started because I am not signing any contract. And you can return the money that you have been trying to withdraw from my bank". Because I just got a fraud alert about your company. Then Matthew starts yelling and says you know what I'll cancel your order but 'm keeping your money. And hangs up the phone. I then text that seeing we didn't conduct any business, he can return my money or I can file fraud charges against his company. Then he calls me back and leaves a message to call him back. (He knew he was wrong and actually committing fraud). Needless to say, the bank returned my money to me. SO BUYER BEWARE!!! Be smart and just stay away all together.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! On Wed. Aug 24th I contacted Sky Caskets and spoke with Matthew. I found the perfect casket for my dad. Matthew told me a little about the company and how many caskets they ship a day - over 700. I explained that I needed it by Friday (2 days away) and he guaranteed it would be delivered because he put me at the front of the line. He also was going to design a beautiful head panel for my father who was a 35 yr veteran. I signed the contract and paid in full. That evening I saw a LOT of negative comments about this company and Matthew. All of them said he promised a certain date but didn’t deliver, he put them at the front but didn’t deliver, the caskets were from China, airline delays prevented it from arriving on time … nothing I read was favorable. By now I am panicking because if it doesn’t arrive by Friday I will not have a casket for my father and it would be too late to get one for his funeral on Monday. I called Matthew and read him many bad reviews and told him I was terrified that it would not arrive by Friday. He said they have thousands of 5 Star reviews and kept reassuring me it would be delivered on time and that I needed to have faith and he would personally call me when it was delivered on Friday. Thursday he called to let me know they delivered it a day early. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect. He had even pinstriped the casket with Air Force blue. The custom head panel was absolutely stunning. Everything he promised he delivered. Thank you Matthew for your kindness and for making my fathers funeral perfect.

I called Sky Caskets after doing a little back ground check on their company and I was very impressed with the service I received. My mother pasted and within a very short time I had picked out the casket and it was delivered a day ahead of schedule right to the funeral home as promised. Cost half as much as it would have if I had ordered it through the funeral home. The owner spoke to me personally and promised it would arrive, and it did without me having to worry. I would absolutely use them again and encourage anyone who needs such a service to contact them as well.

The custom casket with flames that was made for my father who built so many hot rods in his life was an ideal way to honor him. It was beautifully made, great quality and workmanship. It was also delivered ahead of schedule. Matthew and Colby were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with during these difficult times for our family. Highly recommend this company.

I don’t usually take the time to write a review especially Re:A Casket. But,this was a MUST! This was a ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL CASKET to say the least. I’m BEYOND SATISFIED with the custom casket that was made for my love one. EXACTLY the way as described. Colby followed every single instructions that was given to him. The company went above and beyond, for my love one. I have never seen so many people wanting to take videos/pics of a casket, until this one. I know that my love one is in heaven saying… mom, I’m pleased! I say all that to say that, on behalf of me, my family and my friends. We want to say A JOB WELL DONE!!! Thank you again, Mom

I want to take this opportunity to thank owner Matthew for all his support through this traumatic time for my family and I. When we ordered our casket and received a call advising that there would be an additional amount for expedited shipping, Matthew was kind enough to continue with the transaction while we gathered the remaining balance. But even more, after we had a hardship with the funeral home not proactively completing their responsibilities before we placed our order, Matthew stepped in and became our client advocate to alleviate the added stress and hardship that the funeral director tried to place on us. Hands down, prayerfully it won’t be no time soon but know that I will be using their company in the future.

During a very trying time this has been the best experience ever. To have a casket show up and the funeral director to say “well I have never seen a casket quite like this.” That’s right going out in style! He wouldn’t have had it any other way. I appreciate Matthew and Colby so much. They dealt with our many last minute changes to accommodate family and we had time to view our Dad prior to the actual viewing.

BEWARE : DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SKY CASKETS! They will time pressure sell you and then NOT deliver on the time that they stated. If you need to buy from the funeral home after SKY Caskets FAILED YOU, they will hit you for freight and restocking fees. Blaming an airline for a delayed flight. No way to prove what flight your casket was on. Horrible customer service.

I called 15 minutes before closing and it was delivered as said and was beautiful!

Ordered casket and was told it was “put in front of truck” and would be first delivered on Friday at 8:00 AM. No casket after driving 1 1/2 hours. Called 800 number and guy said “we got your money, you signed a contract”. I asked for a copy of signed contract, which they send immediately via email and he told me to “look in my mailbox”. When I said I didn’t have it he said “Oh Jesus, can you believe this guy?” BEWARE! No compassion, bourderline scam in my opinion!

Wonderful quick service. Even the girls at the funeral home were admiring what great quality it was. Smelled like a fresh pine. Mom would have loved it. It was just what she wanted.

Casket was beautiful. I did not receive an itemized receipt. It arrived at the exact stated time. Driver did not take away packing material as agreed. Pricing was on the higher end of online comparisons. Order was taken by the CEO of the company who spoke very fast and was a bit pushy. I did not have time to really think about what he was saying. I chose Skycaskets because of their quick delivery. When my father passes, I will probably shop around more.

The casket was beautiful lots of good comments from viewers about it. My mother would have loved it. They informed the funeral home about the arrival date of the casket everything went smoothly.

The casket was sent to me over a holiday so the fact it was rushed to me was a plus, I was under the impression that they had custom artists painting them though. When we got it, it was a non sealer that I can buy in the mid 300$ range, with a wrap on it. After what I had in it, I had to sell it for around 8000, which would have bought them a copper casket. The wrap had bubbles in it. The family was ok with it, I just felt like I took advantage of them. Since they were ok with it I gave it three stars.
