This company i an absolute scam, they try to pull fast ones on you, they offer you a casket you talk to the guy and they try to change the prices and casket

We needed a casket for our son who took his life. I’m going to tell you Matt and Colby wow these guys are superb. I can’t express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to do business with them they were both wonderful people. Now that my son’s funeral is over I would gladly write how remarkable and stunning my son casket was. I mean absolutely beautiful. My son was a big fan of science and obsessed with the outer space Atmosphere. And was a big fan of the cartoon characters that was on his casket. Working with Matthew and Colby was a pleasure and I want to tell you guys thank you so much for making this because casket for my son. I would recommend sky caskets to anyone and everyone at the funeral loved it. Well done you guys. They were extremely helpful they were able to give us everything we requested. Everyone who was able to attend my sister's services was very impressed with the customization done to the casket. She loved eeyore and hearts that was exactly what they were able to give her! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. We couldn't afford the casket from the funeral home so we opted with one from this company. DO NOT DO THAT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The casket came dented and in such bad condition we were left with no option but to purchase one from the funeral home. We were then treated horribly by the sales representative when we called to address the issue. Hands down the worst company I have ever had to do business with.

I highly recommend them. The casket was absolutely perfect for my father. It was a John Deere, and it had the flags of Portugal and a Madera Island. He was Portuguese. They helped me a lot and made me feel comfortable about what I was having put on the casket. They let me know when it was being sent, and when it arrived at the funeral home. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. They were absolutely wonderful to me and kind.

My experience with Sky Caskets was amazing! My father passed away this past Christmas morning. When contacting them later that morning, I spoke with a person that was truly compassionate about my loss. We discussed my father's military service during WWII and he related to me his family's service. He made me feel at ease as we discussed the purchase of my fathers casket. He was very informative during our call, explained the companies history and commitment to it's products and services. We even had a couple of follow up calls that he answered all my questions. The casket arrived exactly when he had told me, and was in superb condition. I would definately reccomend them to everyone, and plan on using them again when my mother passes. Thank you Sky Caskets!

My uncle died a week ago and we’re desperately looking for a casket that was cheap. We went with Sky Caskets and the fella that was on the phone with me was incredibly nice at first. But he was very pushy. He kept offering discounts which I thought was kind of him. My family and I got suspicious and decided to cancel the order after we had given him our card info due to suspensions of being scammed.We paid over $6,500 for the casket. When we told the guy that we wanted to cancel, he kept trying to push us into finalizing our order. We told him over ten times that we wanted to cancel. This was where he started to get rude. He was starting to raise his voice and get annoyed. We got disconnected but called again to cancel the order. He spoke to my father, who is Mexican and has a heavy accent when speaking English, when we were paying. My father offered to pay the whole casket with his card and after having suspicions, wanted to cancel. We called the fella three times and on the third time, he asked to speak to my father. He proceeded to ask, “Does he speak English well?”. In an attempt to get him to stop asking for my father, we told him no. Here is when he started being racist. He began to mock my dad by asking in a loud voice, almost yelling, “No hablo inglés?”. He repeated the phrase about 15 times. I took the phone and yelled back at him. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. We still haven’t gotten our money back and even after the argument, he or someone else texted my phone, trying to get us to finalize the deal. This is absolutely horrendous. This company deserves to be shut down. It’s full of scammers, liars, and racists. Incredibly disgusting! Do not recommend if you don’t want to be scammed or discriminated!

Custom casket for Moms funeral in under a week. Fast, professional and ultra responsive. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for that extra touch. My family and I are happy with the service and product we received. Thanks to Matthew for taking care of us .

This company and it's level of Customer service, Craftsmanship and pricing is second to none. Everyone I dealt with from the beginning to end was above and beyond the call of Service. From answering questions to the modifications of scheduling the delivery and so forth. The urgency they placed on thier service was outstanding. My family and I are very grateful for thier product and service. It's a blessing to see and witness people making a difference for people especially during times of losing their loved ones. Thier actions and attention to details made all the difference in the world to my family and I. Thank you so much on behalf of my Mother, family and I. God's speed be with all of you.

These guys we're awesome and compassionate and very professional. They helped me in my time of need and the casket was beautiful and got here on time !! I highly recommend these guys, they we're awesome and appreciate the quick response and timely manner!!!

The casket was advertised as $1595. when all was said and done, it cost me over $2800. My daughter had passed away. They took advantage of me because I'm a senior and under duress. Stay away.

I called on Thursday. I spoke with Matt Warner. He was pleasant, and professional from beginning to end! When I tell you from the first time I called until the casket was delivered, he was AWESOME!!!!!! Not only did he send condolences to me and my family. This man came through with the most BEAUTIFUL casket for my daughter. And, I was able to save thousands of dollars! Not to mention, he told me the casket would be here on Tuesday at 11am. And it was here a day earlier then expected. And, I also received a text stating it was delivered, the time, and who received it. Professional all the way to the end!!!!!! I’m giving 5 stars because this company is everything they say they are!!!! I highly recommend using them instead of going through the funeral home. I can’t thank you Matt Warner enough!!!! I ordered a casket from this company online. It says free standard shipping but after putting in order I immediately received a phone call from owner stating my order was going to be put at the back of the line if I didn't chose priority shipping. The funeral was two weeks from ordering casket. That should have been more than enough time to ship standard from NY to Baltimore. They charged me an additional $600. I will never use this company again and advise anyone else not to do so.

We called Sky Caskets on a Tuesday evening after our appointment with the funeral home. There they had given us the option to order our own casket instead of paying their prices. So we came home, started searching and ended up calling in. Connected straight to Matthew I believe and he told us we had 30 mins to place the order and he would get it to us by Friday morning. Transfered the call to Colby I think for the payment and made it happen. It all seemed rushed and questionable especially with all the possible scams these days. Fortunately we have no complaints. The casket showed up on time with no dents or scratches and looked beautiful! They priced the same casket we received, at funeral home for over $5k. We paid less than $2300 shipping and all, to get it in the 48 hours we needed it by. But all in all WELL worth it. We were honestly a little skeptical at first but they called the funeral home the next day to confirm with them it was on the way. It arrived exactly when they said it would and it looked very nice. I will definitely recommend sky caskets to my friends and family in the future!

My family purchased a casket from Sky Caskets. When we initially spoke to Matthew he appeared to be very cordial and sympathetic. As we had done business with him in the past. All was well until there was a discrepancy on their part. The same guy Matthew became very irate and belligerent, he had turned into a completely different person and became very difficult to talk to and unwilling to compromise. Not only was he rude and obnoxious, but to add to that, he hung up the phone on me. The moral is that he has a great sales pitch, but after he’s paid, you are dealing with the real him. He had absolute total disregard for the family’s emotional state, and lacked any sympathy. I will never again recommend anyone else to this site as I have done in the past. Unfortunately, the problem is that you would not see Matthew’s other side until a problem arises and he’s paid in full. The entire experience was absolutely horrid & very disheartening. I have lost all respect for Matthew and his company. He’s in the wrong line of business, as he lacks compassion for everything but money.
