Wow! We were blown away by the image Colby and his team created for our father’s coffin. Our dad raced a bright blue corvette till he was 78 years old and Colby and his team replicated a picture of our dad on his favorite race track, Road America. It was such a special tribute to an amazing man who will be missed beyond words. Brought a smile to all faces during a very somber time. Thank you Colby and Sky Caskets for your amazing work!!

Horrible customer service. The guy that answers the phone has got to go. What a rude human being. Not to mention you can barely hear when you call, word of advice - fix your phones if you care enough to do business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The man who answers the phone is absolutely awful. He is accusatory, patronizing, and incredibly rude. All I did was call and try to ask a simple question. Once I did, he steamrolled me and would not let me get a word in otherwise. He then hung up on me TWICE. This is a customer service representative! He hung up the first time, and I called right back hoping to get a different representative who actually let me speak and explain the situation. Nope, the same guy. When the family called to follow up and see if maybe he would listen to her, he hung up on her as well. Disgusting to think that this man deals with grieving families every day in their most vulnerable state. He must own the company or something, that is the only way to explain how this man still has a job. Additionally, he conveniently never provided his name to me... Hmm, I wonder why?

Our family had a great experience with this company and they were very helpful and the shipping was as requested. The casket was very beautiful and well made and it was perfect for our late mother.

My son passed away way too soon. He was a huge New England patriots fan. Matt help my husband and I do the last thing we could ever do for our son.. Matt helped us create the perfect way we could send him out. Matt walked us threw what he planned on doing with the casket, it turned out amazing. Everyone thought it was awesome 👌.

On June 12th, I called Sky Caskets looking for a 32" oversized casket for my beloved son whom I lost on June 6th. I called and a very nice gentleman named Matt took my call. I was frantic because I needed this casket to make it to New Orleans from Atlanta in time for his homegoing celebration. Can I just say that Matt greeted me, first by acknowledging my loss and expressing his sympathy. I explained to him my dilemma and he immediately checked his stock and was able to locate a casket with measurements I needed. A shipment of caskets was literally about to leave his facility in 15 minutes. He placed me on hold, contacted his logistics manager and made sure that the casket was placed on the truck to be delivered to me on Thursday, June 14. I was concerned that there might be a problem with the delivery. Matt assured and he assured me that the casket would be delivered on Thursday. Guess what, my casket was delivered today ..Wednesday, one day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. He helped me with the paperwork, he was professional, compassionate, efficient and kind. He made a commitment and promised to deliver the casket and he did just that. I've never experienced this kind or level of excellent customer service I received from Matt. He was fantastic. He even gave me his cell number. I wish all of my purchases were like this. It's not everyday someone purchases a casket, but you certainly want it to be right when you do. Very rude and disrespectful worker. I am very serious when I say this. It is very sad when you lose a loved one and you speak to someone who is disrespectful making inappropriate remarks about an oversize casket.

Matthew and Colby were awesome to work with! They did a very detailed custom casket for my beloved mother on short notice and it was stunningly beautiful! It was shipped and delivered very quickly to the funeral home, which was out of state. They were very professional, caring and compassionate. Whenever I called, they answered immediately. I highly recommend this awesome company! If I could give them ten stars, I would!

Matt at Sky Caskets was the most amazing man, helping me while I was in a state of shock at the passing of my Mom. I knew that when I had to make funeral arrangements in another state, on my own the last thing I wanted to do was pick out a casket after her body was flown from NC (where she retired from NY.) When I went online to see what I could do, I found the Sky Caskets website, chose a coffin, and then called to order. They were out of the cheaper one but were upgraded to another for the same price. There are no words to tell you how beautiful this casket was. Every person at the wake, the priest, and then the priest at the National Cemetery where she was interned told me how beautiful it was, and that they'd never seen one as beautiful!!! The casket is called the Rocky Mountain Pine.

I have had to use Sky Caskets a couple of times and they have been fantastic! The customer service is excellent as well as the quality of the Caskets! Colby is the man to talk to. He is extremely helpful and delivers as promised!

I got the kiss casket for my father and it was great. The man I spoke to on the phone was super great and we got it in time for him. I cant say anything bad because i know my father would've loved it. Sky Caskets are greats and the price was was too.

Outstanding service and great prices. Casket was perfect, just like the photo, made in USA, a true piece of fine workmanship. Arrived 1 day ahead of schedule and received a text when it was delivered to the funeral home. Do not hesitate to use this company. Many thanks!!

The agent on the phone was fairly rude, and came across as dishonest. After discussing the casket desired, the agent was quick to take a credit card and then reveal that there was 67% additional fees for shipping and taxes. When I decided to cancel the order the agent asked if I had any military affiliation to provide a discount. The military affiliation seemed like it was just a ruse to save the sale, since it could have been a cousin or distant relative. That cemented my decision not to go with this company.
