The website was easy to read and understand the styles offered, as well as the pricing.

We specifically asked that the casket be no larger than 28" wide. The guy lied and said it was 28". I noticed that the hardware was sticking out a little on the corners and called the company and said please, it needs to be no wider than 28". It arrived and it is twenty eight and one quarter inches wide. These people screw even the dead.

Casket was delivered too far in advance of the service. Funeral home was included in an email and now receives spam from Skycaskets

Despite the Christmas holiday, Skycaskets got a casket to another state for a family member's burial in less than 24 hours. I ordered the casket at about 5:30 PM on Dec. 23, and it arrived at the funeral home before 11 AM on Christmas Eve. After calls to about three other casket delivery companies, I had almost given up hope on the afternoon of Dec. 23 of getting a casket to the funeral home the next day. I decided Skycaskets would be the last company I called. One of the owners, Matthew, spoke with me for some time to answer all my questions and made an absolute promise the casket would arrive the next day on time. He had the company on high alert to ensure the casket arrived on Dec. 24th, and, despite being with his family for Christmas Eve, he texted me to let me know the casket arrived. He and the company did a fantastic job. His service in a sad time for my family was a much-needed blessing.

This may be a duplicate, the past few weeks have been a blur since our dad passed, but if it is a duplicate it's worth the extra credit received. This company went above and beyond for an American patriot. We could not get a casket delivered on time from anywhere else since it was over a holiday weekend, let alone a custom military casket. I was very surprised to speak direct to the CEO Mr.Mathew Warner Cheap Casket rather a sale person stated that one of his salesmen must have accidentally hit the wrong button and it went to his office he was very very polite and told me don't worry rather the waiting on a salesman he would help me in a time of grieving over my love I was so please.I never a CEO to show kindness when he own the Company.

amidst going through the toughest time of my life I had to purchase a casket and it can all get overwhelming. I was attempting to purchase a casket from this company. When I paid the original price , I was given another invoice for double the original price .The pricing practices are deceptive and the price you quoted isn’t the final price. I find their additional charges be predatory. Please read the fine print before doing business with this company. It’s at the bottom of the homepage of their website in small print. The people are great! I’ve bough caskets for both of my parents with them and would recommend their services to anyone. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their products are much better priced than what the funeral home would ask.

I had no idea you could purchase a casket online until I saw this family owned business on CNBC. As my mom was aging with health challenges, I saved the site. I am grateful that I did. I felt very misled. My nephew was making end of life decisions and because he did not have life insurance , he wanted something inexpensive. I found this company and let him make the decision on which casket. When we called Matthew, i told him I needed the casket delivered the next day if possible. He told me he would quickly send me the contract while we were on the phone and he did. He rushed me to sign , in order to make the delivery. In summary, the 1495$ price of the casket ended up being double that at 2892. The casket was delivered on time and was good quality but when i called Matthew , multiple times, I was placated and referred to as “sweetheart”. I felt deceived and given a run around for answers.
