Quick and Easy process

When I called the CEO actually answered the call. I was so shocked and he took the time to listen to me as I explained my mother had died and the funeral parlor did not have a great selection of metal caskets. I told him about a casket we really wanted and the site we saw it on was out of the country. I proceeded to ask him if he could custom design a coffin and he said he could make anything we wanted and proceeded to text me pictures of some of the wonderful caskets they personally designed for previous customers. I sent him a picture of what I wanted. He said he could make it and gave us a price that I know we could not beat. It felt like we were talking to a friend the way he took the time to listen and provide everything we needed including the apparatus needed for the flight after the funeral in New Jersey to Myrtle Beach for the final burial of my Mother in her hometown. I am a raving fan and when people see my Mother’s casket I will be sending them to this company to get caskets that can express the essence of the deceased.

I have used Skycaskets for my family members. They are polite, friendly and helpful. They are affordable and have products of good quality. The delivery was on time and arrived in excellent condition.

I called and spoke with Matthew and he immediately attended to my needs. I told him what casket I was looking for and he texted me that it was available and proceed to process my order and provided me with a delivery date. Actually it was delivered a day earlier to the funeral home.

We recently experienced the death of our mother and father within a two month period. After the experience with ordering my mother’s coffin went so smoothly, we were certain to place the order for our father’s, as well. The latter coffin was a custom order. However, my father passed within several days of placing the order. Matthew went above and beyond in expediting the process to have the shipment completed much sooner than expected. If I could, I would give 10 Stars based on the pricing, the expedited shipping, and most of all the amazing customer service we received.
