“Will not purchase again and I’m going to tell the Hmong community too. What Mathew said was all lied, purchased the casket and was so disappointed. He told me he had worked with a lot Hmong people and knows really well, Well that was BS. Only he can lie to me but he will not be lying to my Hmong communities anymore. If I can give this company a star then I highly will rate him/them -100 stars. He then told me “ oh, you don’t have to read all the document and I got it for you.” BS!!! The funeral home call me back and told me the casket what I wanted and have bought is not the one I’m asking Mathew.

When my father passed I wanted to honor him with something special. He was the biggest Nebraska Cornhusker fan so I came to Matt with a special request for a Husker-themed casket. Sky Caskets exceeded all of my expectations! Thank you!

This was the most helpful and professional company that we dealt with during the funeral process. They went above and beyond to get the casket to the funeral home earlier than they ever said they would. Matthew stayed in touch with me the whole time. We did not have a good experience at the funeral home and I felt he went above and beyond for us to help ease what we were going thru. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional, caring service. The fact that he was a christian man furthered my faith in them to do what was right. The quality and workmanship was exactly what my kids had hoped for and many compliments were given about it. Thank you is not enough!

Beautiful caskets and Mathew made the process so easy. They go above and beyond and provide exquisite products for less than half the cost at the funeral home. When you experience a loss and want the best quality and zero hassle they will take the best care of you.

I ordered a coffin for my husband , a friend had told us about going with overnight coffins , but when i called them they had no valts they were on back order. So called this company Sky Caskets , i knew my husband was dying when i made the call , i told them this , i said he is dying as we speak, because he wasnt waking at all , the hospice nurse had told me that morning he wouldnt live over a few more hrs. Sky Caskets said they would have the coffin there by lunch the next day, i thought i was paying 1,298.oo for the coffin and close to 4 hundred for shipping, then he dies at 5;10 the next morning , i held him in my arms all night ,he was so good to me,knew if it had been me he would have done the same thing for me. Got to the furneral home at 4 oclock that evening,they had received no coffin ,when i called Sky Caskets from there they said it was going to be shipped some time the next day ,the funeral was to be next morning ,keeping with my husbands wishes. I said i would have to get a coffin from funeral home, that is when Matthew went off, i mean bad !! He is now trying to make me pay him 1,954.65 for a coffin i never received,he is telling my charge card company i changed my mind on the kind of coffin, that is an out and out lie,i had no coffin to bury my husband in !! Do not have anything to do with this company ,Matthew is a crook of the worst kind ,trying to take advantage of a widow , who has just lost the love of her life !! But we will see who wins in this case !

I had no problem with the product or the service. It was delivered, next day, as promised. I didn't mind paying extra for next day shipping (over $300). However, the website does NOT figure in mileage charges. I received a phone call, the next day, stating I owed another charge of over $500 for mileage. I personally think more than $800 shipping and mileage is a bit excessive.

On March 22nd, Matthew from Skycasket called me, apologized for the overcharge and sent me a text stating the same. He stated that he would refund me the overcharge but only after I removed the negative review. I asked him for the refund. But he said only after I remove the negative review and I told him no again. Then he asked me to trust him to do what he said. The company replied to my review that same day and lied. I never said that I would write a negative review EVERYDAY. I know that I signed a document for the purchase of my sister's casket but he said just initial in these spots and I will take care of everything. Never in a million years would I have thought that a company in their profession of dealing with grieving families would overcharge for a casket and not correct their mistake. If Matthew was so concerned about making this issue right, he would not have had strings attached like me taking down the negative review before refunding the overcharge. I have asked several times for a sales receipt for this purchase and to this day, I have not received it.

I called and talked to Matthew about a casket for my son I let him know what I wanted he took advantage of the fact that my son's favorite color was red and sent me what he wanted he even started with one price and then changed to another saying it was taxes I went alone with it,I had to change funeral homes the casket was supposed to be custom so it hadn't been shipped so he charged me for changing where to ship even though it hadn't been shipped I went alone with that it was supposed to be 18 gauge he sent 20 it was supposed to have round corners he sent square he is a CROOK with capital letters I don't know if it was racist or not at first it didn't seem like it but there was a underlying motive to deceive me during a very vulnerable moment one thing I do God is not to be mocked everything you do from now on will crumble I'll read about sky Casket.

Gouged me for another $540 for what I had already paid $395 for overnight shipping. Shame on you.

They where able to get us the casket we wanted as a free upgrade and have it delivered when promised.

This transaction couldn’t of run smoother. When I called to order and talked with Matt he assured me that everything would be taken care of. The casket arrived next day at the exact time he said it would - he said that the red cedar casket would be beautiful and it most definitely was. People commented that it was the most beautiful casket they had ever seen. My brother deserved the best and we got it! Thank you Matt!

Excellent customer service!

BE VERY CAREFUL I purchased the basic pine casket and next day shipping online four days before the funeral. I immediately got a phone call stating that although the website said it was in stock it wasn’t. But, for the same price, I could get a much nicer casket. It would only cost $700 more. I had 14 minutes to decide because the truck is ready to go. I have seen the same tactic of this high pressure sales - “the truck is loading and needs to leave now” - reported in many other reviews. I have also read reviews of unexpected charges. I haven’t seen my credit card statement yet but I am concerned that there could be unauthorized charges. It was a nice casket and arrived on time.

Not only did Matt make the process of ordering a casket seamless and as pain free as possible, he made sure to give me details I didn’t think to ask. Excellent doesn’t even begin to cover the amount of compassion I could feel over the phone. When the time arises I will without a doubt be using this company again!

Skycaskets created a beautiful Marine Corps casket for my father. We were worried we were short on time, however, they delivered it within 48hrs. Their customer service was amazing and my family got multiple compliments on the casket design and quality.
