What a brilliant company! I was so happy when I booked a shared lift and they picked me up in a private taxi as I was the only guest. What great service - a lot of companies wouldn’t have bothered for one person but it shows they take care of their customers.
The transfers were very well organised and the minibus was great. We could just have done with more than 10 minutes notice on the return that the minibus which dropped us off at the chalet would not pick us up at the chalet. Instead it would only pick us up 200m down the road which was not great at 6.45 am with an 83 year old. With notice the chalet team would have sorted a lift down for him.

Even with our flight diverted from Innsbruck to Germany on the 22nd of December 2023, ski-Lifts were able to re arrange our transfer time to later in the day without issue. Very impressed.
