The booking was easy and communication from the company was good. We were advised of the pick up time the day before and our driver contacted us on the morning to suggest an earlier pick up. He was polite, the car was clean and the transfer was easy. Thank you. It removes all stress!

My transfer was from Toulouse-Blagnac airport to Pas de la Casa, Andorra. Excellent service, pickup from the airport and transfer to the hotel went smoothly. Due to bad weather the transfer back to the airport was delayed but I was kept updated and every effort was made to get me to the airport on time which I did. All in all an good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Private transfer arranged by ski-lifts from Geneva airport to Morzine, when most companies had no availability left. The driver was lovey, patient while waiting for all parties to arrive, and quickly and safely drove the us to the door. All good, great comms, recommended.

Drivers very polite and good vehicles. The only problem is that the return pick up was way too early. We were picked up 6.5 hours before our flight for a 1hr 40 transit. This meant we were at Innsbruck airport 4 hours before the flight and had to wait 2 hours before we could check our bags in and go airside. There is only one cafe before security and consequently it was rammed. Whilst I appreciate that we need a contingency built in, all passengers on the minibus had the same wait at the airport, and we could have had two more hours in the resort and still had adequate time for any traffic issues.

Terrible. I had to wait for an hour spending all that time on my phone trying to get my driver to find me, I waited at the designated spot (at the end of the platform) l sent a photo of my surroundings. Everyone around me by this point would have known my name, where I needed to go. When he did turn up he didn’t have my correct name (JANDL) I really didn’t know if I was getting in to car that was my lift, he didn’t speak a word of English, the whole experience was stressful, unnerving, and my connection to Eurostar was in jeopardy including all my connections thereafter. It was dreadful. I will never use your service again and I would never recommend you guys, sorry.
