Once we found where we needed to collect our passes from it was very easy and no queues. The only down side was that we had already queued in the main ski lift queue for 25 min (as we assumed this was where everyone collected the ski lift passes) to be directed down the road (2 min) to the tourist office to collect ours.

I got a quote for a one way lift from Grenoble to the ski area. Decided to risk a metered taxi once I got to France which worked out three times cheaper on the same journey.

Very efficient & friendly driver who kindly waited, first of all as our flight was delayed and secondly because my bag was missing so he also had to wait for us to complete lost luggage forms etc . He was very relaxed and pleasant which helped my stress levels deflate !

I booked a private transfer over 3 months in advance from Alpe d'Huez for a 16.15 flight from Lyon (LYS). The evening before the transfer I was given a pick-up time of 6.00, apparantly because a rail strike would cause delays. After making a fuss I was permitted a 8.00 departure with the proviso that it would not be their fault if I missed my flight. The journey took just over 2 hours with no noticeable delays. We then had 4 hours to wait before the earliest possible check-in. It appeared our driver was aiming to pick up his next fare half an hour after our drop-off. He must have been confident that he would not have been delayed. According to ski-lifts "Departure pick-up time tailored to your flight time, so no early departs, or wasted time at the airport, due to other people's flights." But for us we had an early depart, wasted time at the airport and it appeared to be due to other people's flights. Strike three.

Our car didn’t turn up on time and eventually we were collected 45 minutes late. The emergency phone line team were quick and clear with dealing with the issue.
Taxi on time both ways. Driver to Megeve made an extra effort to find our greeter to access apartment....thanks. Driver from Megeve to Geneva made sure of accurate address for pick up. Excellent. Communication with Lifts To: very good and very helpful.
Very prompt and a good trip both to the resort from the airport and return too. The booking form online needs to change as the quote I received suggested all my requirements had been met. This wasn’t the case and caused some difficulty in getting the final arrangements clear. The only other issue was the pick up time which was at least 1 hour too early meaning having to wait around at the airport before the checkin opened and then again after check in.

Our transfer from Geneva to Flaine was poor - the driver was 25 minutes late and unapologetic (2 star) so we arrived too late to pick up our skis from the hire shop that evening. However, the driver Rihards for our return leg to the airport, couldn’t have been better (6 stars!). Early arrival for collection, helpful, polite, provided water, checked music selection and temperature as well as very charming - so a 4 star average!
