Love what they WANT to do, but the ATTITUDE, from the top down, is terrible. They could care less about customers or where the product falls short. They clearly did no testing with actual business people, as some of the issues this software has clearly come from their lack of understanding of how the businesses they claim to serve actually function. When its pointed out, the response is “thats just how we built it. Too bad”. I hoped that when I moved from free, trying it out, to a midrange paid plan, support might get better. Worse if anything. Some of the most deplorable attitude I‘ve seen. Din‘t waste your time. I‘ve wasted COUNTLESS hours over weeks. If they showed any signs at all of wanting to fix issues or improve it, that would be great, but they are most certainly NOT interested. Even CEO could care less. Just a bad company.
Love this booking app! Currently using it while I build my custom website for my cleaning business. My clients love it and the price point of the plans/subscriptions are reasonable. Highly recommend!

A versatile product, responsive and effective support team, a dev team that addresses issues within days, no months or years like others. The product only lacks when it comes to multilingual environments - no parallel translation functionality implemented yet. Backend UX lacks polish. Great, promising overall choice!
Simply Book me is a wonderful too that has helped me take my personal training business off the ground and running in a very organized manner! Clients have the ability to book me for a personal training session at whichever time slots works for them, all I have to do is stay on top of my schedule. They are also able to purchase their sessions whenever they need to, and to sign the necessary documents whenever making a purchase!

I was looking for a booking system for my business that could cater for everything I needed mainly locations that I work. Simply book me is perfect it offers loads of different features and you can also buy extras which is even better. I’ve previously been with wicks and they couldn’t supply nothing close to what simply Book me can, I’m so impressed with it so far, I’m so glad I made the move, any questions I’ve had a customer service team of always been able to answer them and guide me through whatever I needed. Simply book me is going to make running my business so much easier

We've used this software to schedule customers' appointments in our store. At first glance, it would appear that PayPal was offered as a payment method for renewing monthly or annual subscriptions, given that customers can use PayPal to pay for their online bookings. However, this is not the case. Their help system is very misleading on the available payment options for renewing subscriptions. The help page titled "My subscription and how to renew" (found in help dot simplybook dot me) states that "When you select to pay with your bank card (via SafeCharge system or PayPal) your payment method gets saved (...) and you will be able to use these saved methods for the future purchases of subscriptions....". We would, hence, assume PayPal was offered as a regular payment method. Unfortunately, PayPal is NOT offered as an option to renew the Simplybook monthly or annual subscription, meaning you'll have to enter your credit card details or send them a wire transfer. PayPal is only offered as a BACKUP payment option, in case they fail to process your credit card on the renew deadline. If you need to pay for your booking system's subscription with PayPal, you'll need to find a better alternative.
After weeks of troubleshooting why their system will not send client booking confirmation emails and speaking with multiple support reps I was informed their system will not connect to outlook servers due to a bug on their end with no ETA to fix it (Andrew was the name who informed me of this). It sends us test emails but won't send anything to customers. He then informed to try gmail which logs in and sends a test email fine just like outlook does but also just like outlook will not send client booking emails. So I literally have spent $299 in monthly fees just to find out it won't work properly. Last support rep copied and pasted the same copy pasted nonsense the other reps paste and told me no refunds despite their system having the issue. (Newt was the support rep who said no refunds.) They have in-house emails that can be used for client booking that come from their own hosted emails however they ALL go to SPAM which any company can tell you is unacceptable. So here is my review, and I will go back charge the credit card charges now. **Edit** - How convenient that you claim the bug was on microsoft's end when the very same day I wrote this review was the day Andrew told me it was an issue with YOUR backend and you have no ETA to fix it. I have the chat transcript. How strange that after weeks and multiple support reps all literally telling me the same copy / paste troubleshooting techniques you claim the same day I happen to write this review its magically fixed? Office365 & Gmail both send emails coming from your domain directly to spam. I wouldn't even have went the route of using my own SMTP if your emails were not insta spamming.
Really easy to do everything! And the support of the team is unbelievable, they respond after every problem i have in less than 5 minutes. I really would recommended it
I just customized my own site today for my spa services and gym. I found it extremely easy to use the custom made templates and then customize to my liking. I also found customer service to be very helpful. The online chat makes it even more convenient! I love the look and feel of my site as well as the ability for my clients to book and pay online!
