I looked for a hosted booking site when Covid-19 struck and Simplybook offered what my business needed. The easy to configure booking system along with the many articles and tutorials allowed for easy setup from the start. The Live chat support is also a great way to get questions answered. I use the booking system to allow my clients to book online and studio classes through single and multiple bookings. I have customised bookings customer reminders and confirmations while it is integrated into my company website to allow users to book from the website. Payment wise i use the paypal custom feature which allows clients to pay easily via paypal, debit and credit card. I would recommend Simplybook for those wishing to move forward with a booking system.
Another year has passed and we are still really impressed with the functionality and service received from Simply Book. New additions to the system are being added constantly and the customer service remains 10/10. I would highly recommend using this company as a valuable asset to your business and you don't need to be an IT expert to get the best that you can out of it. Will continue to use for years to come.
We've started to use SimplyBook to help progress our new business, it's very easy to setup but if we do have any issues the live chat is very helpful. Our clients have found it really easy to book our services and we would certainly recommend it.

Great front end features for your customers, and great support. But, sadly they lack professional accounting and reporting tools. Prepare income reports is very cumbersome and difficult. Much has to be done manually in Excel. Not professional on the back end. Definitely not for larger organizations for this reason. Smaller orgs and "Mom and Pops" might find it OK though.
Sehr gutes Buchungssystem. Alles klar verständlich und schnell zu erstellen. Ideal für kleine Unternehmen, da man es auch schon für kleines Geld nutzen kann aber trotzdem mit dem Geschäft mitwachsen kann.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! And robust scheduling platform. I tried 2 other big platforms and found that either my clients were frustrated and couldn't easily figure out how to book a session, or the customer support was non-responsive. SimplyBook.me is great on both fronts. It is so important that clients are easily able to sign in to book sessions, and the customer service is AMAZING! the live chat is knowledgable and always follows up. I would highly recommend having SimplyBook actually set up your site ($80 one time fee but includes a month service) because even for tech savvy, it is a dense system that has a learning curve. BUT they turned around my site in 1.5 day, I had 2 calls w them included to make sure it was correct and that I understood how to make future changes myself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MariFetzer dot com
Used these services and the problem is if you change your telephone number they have no way to give you access to your account. They will demand a copy of your U.S. passport and drivers license to prove who you are. The other issue is when you cancel the account they will keep it open and try to mess with your customers as they are located in CYPRUS and that should raise red flags for those in scanning their US Passport and emailing it to anyone in CYPRUS. Use Google appts or any company that's ONLY located in the United States. The statement below is NOT true. The account we canceled months ago is still live and the appointments keep accumulating on your system as there's no way for anyone to prove who they are to your satisfaction. YOU STATE: "just to clear the issue then we are a ISO27001 certified company and we take security very seriously and for this reason we can not easily grant access to accounts just upon simple request. If we did so we would be risking unauthorised persons gaining access to accounts that they should not be able to access." TO BE CLEAR: You know exactly what you're doing and your certification means very little to anyone in the USA. You are in CYPRUS demanding a U.S. Passport copy and a Drivers License. You really think anyone trusts such a request in todays climate of stolen identities? All other proof was sent into to you people and you still play this game with users because you THINK you can. As a U.S. citizen I don't trust anyone from Cyprus (let alone the EU) with my passport or driver's license. The LOW rating you received is due to your inability to ensure a SAFE and SECURE environment for the DATA being generated (and stored) by your company AFTER a company shuts down their account. You're still sending it through email. Should I post examples here for you?
I have provided 5 stars, I had spent 4 month looking a program that allowed feature like client portal, customized forms, linking staff to services and approval for calendar bookings. Simplybook.me allowed for all this :)

After researching countless booking systems, I fell in LOVE with SimplyBook.me. As a solo provider and owner it was so easy to get started. I love the system and how easy you can turn things on and off if needed. The Zapier integration is amazing it keeps my Google Contacts up to date! Thank for the amazing software.
I decided to check a niche before investing money into equipment and so on. I created a simple landing page and bookings with Simplybook. It took me like 30 minutes. Then I put advertisement on google and got the first client to book me in 18 hours with $250 check. So I upgraded to paid plan after few weeks. I tried other tools as well but they cost much more and don’t have all the features I need. Great job guys!
El producto excelente. Nosotros lo elegimos por varios motivos: 1) Necesitábamos que se pudiera traducir la página al chino y adaptar algunos textos. 2) Acepta sistemas de pago chinos, como Alipay. 3) Permite la creación de paquetes de clases, de clases recurrentes o de fechas elegidas a medida por la propia persona. 4) Hemos probado productos de la competencia, como "acuity", "calendly" y otros y no ofrecen lo mismo. 5) Se integra con Wordpress y Zapier. El servicio de soporte es simplemente genial. Suelen responder al chat en menos de 1 minuto. Para nosotros lo único que quizás se podría mejorar un poco es que conforme necesitas funcionalidades, tienes que ir subiendo de plan. Pero es su política de precios y hay que entender que ellos deciden cómo quieren vender su producto. Y la interfaz pienso que podría ser un poco más simple y sencilla. Pero, en resumen, creo que es el mejor producto de reserva de citas del mercado.

This scheduling software is a huge step up in flexibility and functionality for me. I really needed something that would handle multi venue bookings and multiple users effectively. Really impressed with the level of functions and their responsive help
I was promised free credits for my review on trust pilot which I never Received but the customer service needs improvement. They do have lots of advanced features but some basic features are missing.
This software works really well and I've tried a few. Simple to add the extra things you want and leave out what you don't. I'm using it for 1-1 swimming classes at often at different times every week, and it's really easy to set up for that.
