I spent countless hours and money on having my assistant help with filling in my companies services all to find out my account has been deleted WITHOUT notice I only logged in a few weeks ago and the account was unable to be restored then to make things worse i cant use the same login name. very unprofessional and stressful as a business owner when time and money has been invested with nothing more than a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" ridiculous! wouldnt use again.
Long time customer of 10 years. New pricing plan has me rating it lower. The subscription tiers offered are unmatched to what they were before. To get the same amount of plugins I have utilized for my business for years, is now close to 4x the price of what it was last year. Nothing justifies a 4x price hike.
So far it has been super easy to set up. The few questions I did have were answered very quickly in the pop up chat. I am going to be launching my business next week and it's absolutely going to help me stand out from the competition

kurz und knapp - für den Markt in Deutschland kompletter Schwachsinn! Keine fortlaufenden Rechnungsnummern möglich, keine wirklich praktische Übersicht über die verkauften Tickets pro Termin - das könnte ich mir ja selbst aus der Excel Tabelle ziehen. So geht Digitalisierung nicht! Und für den Schwachsinn dann 50 € im Monat. Mit dem deutschen Steuerrecht würde ich einen großen Bogen um diesen Verein machen. Es interessiert die auch nicht - mehrmals versucht da anstöße zu geben zur Optimierung das es in Deutschland auch sinnvoll einsetzbar ist. Finger Weg!

I am personal trainer. This app made it really easy for me to reach out to clients and get appointments made without the hassle to misplace or right on forget some of them. It benefits both you and the client to remember appointments and make a schedule based on availability. Payments for sessions were also made easy, what provided for less cancelation rate. All this with a basic subscription plan, looking forward working with this app!
We have made use of the enterprise portal for a year now and it has brought - and continues to bring - great benefits - we are extending its use into different areas. It is very configurable to your own requirements. I am surprised at some negative comments here about support - we have found the support , when required, to be superb - very fast , accurate and helpful solutions and advice are given every time we have had to contact support .On a couple of occasions, we've met via TEAMS so the excellent support team could show us what we wanted, rather than email it. We highly recommend SimplyBookMe.

the payment system is terrible! I have been using Simplybook for over a year and every month there is the same problem with posting my payment. paid for subscriptions is always early and they still block access despite the paid subscription! this is making me very angry and having problems at work! this is very unprofessional and exposes companies to problems and losses. what's more, they don't even agree to any compensation for causing me losses in problems in the form of, for example, one month for free. very unprofessional!
I Like the software. The customers love it and it's been a mainstay of our business for some time. we recently were requested to implement SBpay, their newly developed "accept payments" software, and we are now plagued with payment errors, client access problems and timeout glitches. Support (chat) refuse to accept the problem is their software, and continually suggest it is our payment processor, in this case Square. To avoid clients walking away from Square, we enabled Paypal as an option for them, which has just given us a new set of problems. Again, SBM insist it is a Paypal problem, not their end. It all worked fine before SBPay. Now they are asking us to catalogue all problems, ie Beta-test their unfinished software. Problem is, we are all small fish and walking away is hardly going to break their bank. I just want it to work, and not get a load of techno guff about how it's my problem not theirs. Very disappointed that such a good system is marred by poor support.
I am the owner of a winery, which has a restaurant, guided tours and several other activities. Simplybook has been amazing because it allowed me to have one solution for all my different services. The system takes a while to figure out, but it gives you a lot of flexibility and freedom on many different aspects. And once mastered, making changes is very easy. Never encountered any bugs or problems, support was always nice and tried to help me as much as possible And the price is very good! 5/5 would recommend to any business!
Hi , We run Herkley Sports a small chain of sports facilities in India . Taking the time out to write this review to share our awesome transformation story on moving our bookings over to simplybook.me. We offer a variety of services from hourly bookings to memberships and workshops. The booking platform offers so much flexibility to automate and report all of this in a meaningful way. It gives our customers a seamless experience and makes us look professional. Things like issuing passes for workshops with QR codes really help build our brand and create that perception. For a small organisation like ours it helps level the playing field with some big players who offer such things. What’s even better was never had a plan to introduce any loyalty programme but on seeing the feature available decided to introduce it . We slowly moved from seeing simplybook.me as an admin platform to better manage ourselves to seeing it as a powerfull marketing platform which would improve our sales . things like adding book now buttons to social platforms and google business listings do just that. Our Favourite feature was shared resources which helped us list a Turf facility which could be booked in so many different permutations and combinations depending on numbers of people involved and activity it is used for. Our only request to the team is to come up with more integrations to CRM and accounting platforms . At present we use google calendar sync and a few Zaps to push data to our CRM and the accounting part involves some effort to move to our zoho books software.
