I switched to SimplyBook.me from another major calendar booking app. It happened to be the time when my website subscription was up, and considering what I really needed, I decided to go with a booking app that accepts payments. This has streamlined my work process, and also, I didn´t have to renew my VIP business plan website which was running $500 a year. It integrates with Stripe, even better. The best part is the re-marketing, because it logs all the people who had appointments, so you can send emails or mass text messages. This is probably the best feature so far. The ONLY downside, is there is a learning curve to get all of the features set up correctly. But it is because there are so many options. I look forward to exploring IG/FB bookings, and many more as soon as I get some time off appointments.

Fantastic booking system, does every little quirky thing that I need it to. The support is also immediate - can't ask for anything more.

This is such a great tool as a small business owner, it really takes away the stress from managing bookings - especially where you offer both individual and group sessions.

Ein sich nahezu selbsterklärendes und preiswertes Tool, das mit wenig Aufwand einsetzbar ist. Angesichts der vielen angebotenen Funktionen ist der Preis sehr fair.

At the moment we are testing the use as a company... There are a few things we would like to see improved and the fact that you can't add singular custom features is a little annoying. For example: they offer 8 features in the standard plan @£24, if you want one extra feature you'll pay roughly an extra £28 per month because u have to upgrade a whole new plan. Some options use your feature count up as they activate other features (which shouldn't count) but we'll continue to try for the next weeks and see as we are trying other systems also. we will come back and update this review once we do.

J'ai gagné beaucoup de temps et le nombre de réservations pour mon activité a augmenté. Mes clients trouvent la prise de rendez-vous très facile. Je recommande vivement ce système!

I searched for the right book system for a long time and finally found Simplybook. The only system that can display my 10 gift cards. The price is absolutely fair, I am so happy to found this system. Super professional, fast and direct support!

By far the most customizable booking software I was able to find. I'm a children's entertainer and can only book two shows per day. I need to know the size of the locations will work beforehand, and that the location has grass. Using SimplyBook.me's intake form, I'm able require the client to check a box that says the location is a certain size etc. I can also require the client to check a box saying they've read my cancellation policy. This feature and others has reduced my back and forth email game by a LOT. Thank you SimplyBook.me!

Honestly I’ve been looking for a booking system that is clean, simple and easy to use that has a extensive range of custom features and Simplybook really have hit the nail on the head with their system & have so much to offer. For me, Bookings, having payments taken, ability to connect plug ins / third party apps, automatic emails and texts to clients, coupons, package deals are so important and they have all of that and so many other options in abundance also! Really happy with Simplybook. They are slightly on the more costly side the higher the memberships but their interface & depth of ability makes it worth while! Would defiantly recommend.

Hello, I currently utilize Simplybook for my music studios. They have a really easy, fantastic and interactive platform. They have intergrated tools that can help build the business as well, such as analytics insights google ad words etc. It’s way more than just a booking system which was what I was initially looking for, but found a site that could actually really help grow my studios. Ever since we started it’s been seem less for our clients to just book on the site. Also their pricing is pretty fair and they do have a free version if you’re unsure. I’d recommend this for any business that could utilize bookings.

The platform is very user friendly and the template themes really are great which means your booking website can match your company branding. There is also great functionality and opportunities for integration with other platforms.

I have recently been experimenting with Simplybook as an online booking tool for my doctor's office. After trying different booking tools, I decided to buy Simplybook because it is the most versatile, easy to use and also with beautiful graphics. I have the possibility to divide my services into categories and to add images and prices. I was looking for the possibility of using the German language and with Simplybook it was possible. It is also directly connected with FB and IG and a key thing is the support team, kind and respond immediately. I would recommend it!

We chose SimplyBook.me because of the ease of use and the flexibility we need. The site is very easy to setup and work with. We haven't launched our site to the customers yet, but we're excited to do that in near future.
