Great veriety of tools, good service!

Scheduling software has completely changed how we can do business. There are a lot of options out there, but we recently changed to SimplyBook.me from Calendly because the latter is very unforgiving on large teams (per user seat pricing). SimplyBook.me allows the scale that most organizations need while pricing per custom feature you need instead. The only issue is SimplyBook.me doesn't feel as polished or fluid as the competitors. There's a lot of options (even too many for non-power users), but some of the features feel clunky or missing simple capabilities: ex you can sync Google Calendar with your availability on SimplyBook.me but limited to only one calendar per provider. Most people have multiple calendars (work and personal). As long as the pricing model doesn't change, the software can only get better in time.

It was fairly easy to set up for my small photography business.

Just starting with this. Good tutorials, self explanatory steps to follow. Only downside I can see so far is that the pos add in only deals with sales and doesn't seem to deal with refunds or -£

Wo soll ich denn beginnen. SimplyBook.me hat mich schon von Anfang an begeistert. Die vielen großartigen Funktionen sind wirklich unglaublich. Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Buchhaltungssoftware für zwei Standorte, welches ich durch mein derzeitige System ersetzen kann. Am besten gefällt mich jedoch, dass ich die StartPage so designen kann wie ich möchte. Ich kann mir Farben aussuchen, texte hinzufügen und noch viel weiteres. Außerdem habe ich die Möglichkeit Fotos zu den Dienstleistungen hinzufügen, um den Kunden ein viel besseres Buchungserlebnis versprechen zu können. Was mich aber wirklich begeistert hat sind die MENGEN an individuellen Funktionen, wie z.B. individualisierte Buchungsbestätigung, (auch VIA SMS), Sprachbuchung über iBOB,Individuelle Domain, Kundenkarten Funktion und noch vieles mehr. Ich kann EasyBook.me wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Für unsere Unternehmen ist diese Software eine große Bereicherung.

So far I am happy with Simplybook. Great service and immediate help for any issues experienced via the live chat. The platform is great for anyone working in a profession that requires clients, customers or students to book regular slots. Easy and convenient. with attractive templates for your booking website.

In general, the program is very cool for psychologists, coaches, hairdressers, doctors, masters of manicure and other individual entrepreneurs. Pleased with the possibility of two-way synchronization with the google calendar. There is a free version, you can test everything, try it. Inside, everything is configured very flexibly. You can try different colors and variations of the design of the drop page. Technical support is, but slow. Confidently put 9 out of 10

I'm very happy with the services at Simplybook.me. There are so many helpful options and custom features available with this online booking system. I'm able to set-up my business just the way I want it and in a professional way with this software. Simplybook.me online help center and video guides are easy to search and understand. Also, the customer service chat has been very helpful and responsive!

A great booking site. So far so good. It is easy to setup and manageable for people with zero IT skills. It's very well structured and equipped. We are a young business but I believe with SimplyBook.me, bookings will increase rapidly in a well-organised manner. We made the right decision by choosing SimplyBook.me

Fab! Great software for our business to use for staff bookings. Started with free trial but the 3 function price was is a great price and perfect for us. Would recommend.

I decided to use simplybook for my health practice and it has been fantastic. It was easy to setup but more importantly it was so customisable I could configure it to do exactly what I wanted. My clients now book online, get their text reminders and and integration with my google calendar means I know my work for the day no matter where I am. I'm delighted with the product and happy to recommend it. - It's great value too!!!

I've used the Simplybook.me for 2 years now. For my business, the system works great. I use it to make my class schedule (voice studio) for the students with recurring plan and students with a 10-lesson membership can plan their lessons in the blank spots of the schedule. Only one (older) student has difficulty with using the system, but I haven't heard about any difficulties from other students. The system relies on custom features to make it the way you want. To make the 'membership' function happen and give the students the chance to plan their own lessen you already need 3 custom features which is all the custom features in the basic plan (I don't need a bigger plan). In the old plans you had 1 extra custom feature that I use to sync the schedule with my google calendar in my phone. A function I can't miss but have to miss in the basic plan. Before there was a possibility to pay for an extra custom feature. This feature has gone and this is a big loss. In my opinion a system that relies so heavily on the use of custom features cannot go without the possibility to add just 1 or 2 custom features, without having to pay 170 euros more for the bigger plan. I hope this possibility will be re-introduced. I have had a lot of contact with support. In the beginning a couple of times via Chat to set everything up. The chat function works great, is efficient and they helped well and took the time. The system has some glitches and deficiencies in the system, that sometimes take some creative thinking to get it to work like you want. In the last couple of weeks I had a lot of contact with support and other people in the business because of a problem. They really took the time to respond and invested time in the problem. But despite all the time invested, they didn't give an inch in trying to solve the problem I had. So if you have a problem that's a little more complex, it's possible you find the rigid side of the business behind Simplybook.me. If the system works for as it is, you won't have any problems and be very happy with the system!

The basic features are good, and for most businesses requiring a membership & bookings platform it does what it should. However it is a more expensive option once you realise you need more than the basic features, and the level of support is very poor compare to other hosted platforms. The themes available are poorly designed, with limited customisation, and are buggy. The customer service is the worst aspect, as it is purely chat based, and there is no job ticket number for you to track and trace, or to follow up if an issue has not been fixed. You continually have to repeat the issue to another customer service rep day after day. They don't work to a timescale as to when an issue will be resolved. All you get is we will email you once we have any more information. VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. Also be aware that you have a limited 14 day free trail to set everything up as you want it to work. After that you have to start paying, even if you are not ready to go live. Most reputable hosted services offer a free development option. Meaning you can fully test everything is working, including getting their developers to fix the issues with whichever theme you have chosen. Not having this is again a VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. If you have your own development team and are just looking for a software engine that you can integrate into your own online platform, then I would say this will do the job. If you are looking for SimplyBook.me to be your hosted web presence don't expect things to go smoothly.

Value for money! Simplybook.me is one of the most complete scheduling app while keeping the price quite affordable. The only thing that should be improved is the UI can get a bit of modern touch here and there.

SimplyBook are a great website host provider, the settings are so varied and features are amazing, the price is affordable too, very impressed! Helena
