We've only been using SimplyBook for just over a week now, and so far we are incredibly impressed. It's easy to use, and it's very user friendly - meaning a smoother transaction for our customers. The automation is also saving us a lot of time! We would however love a feature that deducts a class amount for every missed date - similar to our old system Bookwhen. Other than this - it's perfect and the support has been second to none too.
Ik ben zeer tevreden over het aanbod en gebruik van de website Simply Bookme. Het is fijn dat je zelf kan kiezen van welke functionaliteiten je graag al dan niet gebruik maakt en de toepassing hiervan verloopt zeer vlot. Het customizen van je mailberichten vind ik ook zeker een grote meerwaarde. Ik ben in de gratis testperiode al snel overgeschakeld naar de betalende versie en ben een tevreden klant.

Having spent some time looking through options I've settled on this system due to its adaptability. Even though my setup is slightly outside the standard scope I'm able to use various plugins to make it work, so I'm happy!

Excellent tool. It is easy to set up with numerous customization features that tailor to your business image. I appreciate the ease in which you can manage services and providers. I like what our clients see from the booking page too. The ability to modify your appointment booking page and highlight events, closures, etc. via the "news" feature is terrific. Would actually like to see the news display as a ticker across the initial booking screen so clients see it without having to click on News to access the info. Also, as a user I want the ability to customize what information appears in the time slot on the calendar. I don't want to click into the appointment detail to see it...if you're asking your customer for the specific details on an intake form then, why not have the option to see it directly on the calendar view. Efficiency is key and every additional mouse click is time.

Offers anything we could have asked for.. even if you think that a thing is not possible to do, there is another way to make that happen. Only if URL feature and SMS features were price lowered, but that's for another episode :D

We tried many similar apps before deciding on SimplyBook. It has hands down the best functionality and a pricing structure that grows with your business. The fact that pricing is based on the the number of appointments you need is a huge plus - most other apps operate on a per-seat basis. SimplyBook takes a bit of time to set up, but this is because the app is mature and has so much functionality - it is well worth the time, since it does exactly what we need. Recommended!
Simplybook me is highly flexible, and can act as a website hosting platform, review platform, scheduling platform, ecommerce platform, etc. But all of these things are "custom features" that increase the cost very quickly. Many of the basic/essential scheduling features also require "custom features" to be activated so the 4 custom features on the Basic Plan is hardly usable. If you really want an automated platform you're looking at at least 8 custom features (Standard Plan = $29.99/month) or more (Premium Plan = $59.90/month) which gets really expensive for a single-person business only taking 10-20 bookings per month. I'm hoping Simplybookme can rework their pricing to reflect only bookings or gross income to better accommodate smaller businesses.

We've been using SimplyBook.me as a quick solution to get to market and to validate our business model. So far so good, we embedded the booking functionality on our website because we had our own vision—rather than using the SimplyBook website which was too restrictive for our needs. Currently we're getting error messages and complaints from clients saying they're unable to book becuase there's a message on the iframe saying 'You're number 30 in the Queue' — customer services couldn't help but said it's becuase we have more than 30 visitors on the site at one time—which according to our data analytics is not true at all. Very far from it. So we've removed the iframe from our website and will look for alternatives. Also, the UX on the actually platform is dizzying. Every option seems to open a new browser tab. Which quickly gets messy difficult to track any changes you make. The customer service team just point you to a link on their help articles or say it's not possible. Bit disappointing to be honest. Actively seeking alternatives…
I have been using Simplybook.me as a booking portal for a year now. I am very satisfied. If I ever have a technical question, they are quick to help. So I'm looking forward to a new year with Simplybook.
