They receive a confirmation of booking when I accept the gig and I get reminders that the gig is coming up. I Know not what it was originally designed for but It works for me. Graham swannell

I have evaluated may booking application but I was disappointed until I found simplybook.me. It is so granular and flexible that you can make any sort of scheduling working. It is really great for music teachers or those who are having recurrent classes. I highly recommend it. A++++

So far so good. It's the only system I found that will do what I need it to do easily. They've put a lot of thought into the features.

Easy to use, works great with website.

Made my life so much easier! The system is very comprehensive for different industries. The only thing I don't like about it is the Product for sale feature. It will auto-multiply the item purchased by the number of recurring sessions booked. If I have selected a yoga mat as an add-on purchase to 10 yoga sessions, this means I will have 10 yoga mats. Which is very silly. I hope the developer can work on this. It will be a 5-star if this can be resolve.

Very good software in terms of the functionality. It would be even better if there were a communicative feature for clients and service providers.

I am very happy with this scheduling program and whenever I have questions customer support helps me quickly. I also like that I can choose the modules I need, I haven't seen that anywhere else. The system is easy to use.

This is a fantastic booking service. I love how easy it is for me to use both my laptop and mobile. I can add photos and descriptions for all our booking locations. Our customers find it easy to navigate and making changes to appointments is super easy! A couple of clicks and it is done. The text reminders are great as well and have cut down our number of no-shows. I have needed support from time to time and the support has been brilliant. Every question I have had has been answered and the team has given me clear instructions on how to achieve my end goal. They are polite and very helpful and very responsive. SimplyBook.me has been a great asset to our company and I look forward to add in more to our booking system in the coming months.

Lassen sie mich erklären, warum simplybook Schuld daran ist, dass ich viele Kunden und meine Verluste in die Tausende gehen: Ich nutze simplybook seit mehr als einem Jahr. Da ich das Tool unübersichtlich und schwer bedienbar fand, wollte ich die Zusammenarbeit beenden. Dafür wollte ich die Integration mit Google-Business beenden. Daraufhin hat simplybook mein Unternehmensprofil auf Google gelöscht!! Unglaublich!! Für ein lokales Unternehmen wie meins ist das eine Katastrophe. Der simplybook-support war null hilfreich und drückte sein Bedauern aus und sie würden diesen Fehler weitergeben....Warum zur Hölle darf simplybook mein Google-Untenehmensprofil löschen?? Der dadurch entstandene Schaden wegen ausbleibenden Kunden geht in die Tausend (der Google-Support ist leider auch nicht von der schnellen Sorte). Deswegen: Fingerweg von simplybook.

Ive been using Simply Book Me for about 2 years now. When my business was closed in lockdown I had to try and save and the free version on this booking site is great. I have now upgraded to a paid version and I am very happy to recommend to any business.

I started using this booking website about 3 months ago and I am really satisfied. There are really a lot of options, almost everything you are looking for you can find. If you are looking for a good booking website for your salon etc then simplybook is the place to be. I dont say this because I want to advertise but because I have experienced it myself. What I find a real plus is that you can edit outgoing emails to your own style and it looks really professional. I also find the options to choose your own layout and edit the website you desire, you will really improve youre look and your customers will love it. Simplybook should definitely be used if you are looking for a good booking webiste

These people are full of CRAP! They refused to help me after being a customer for such a long time. All of a sudden when I ask them to help me with something, they flip the switch and start talking about how the problem is on you when the problem is actually them!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE.
