Replacement wand replacement. My power washer wand is stuck. I called the customer support, and they prompted arrange to send me a replacement wand. The reason for a 5 star review is how the service rep respond to me, polite and having my interest in mind.
The chipper/shredder worked for a while and then burned the motor. Stuff happens. The problem is how they (mis)handle the warranty claim. 1. The chipper is out of stock, for well more than a month. No ETA, and as it is an older model, I don't hold my breath. 2. They rejected a suggestion to buy the chipper on the open market and send it to me as a replacement. 3. They rejected a suggestion to replace the chipper with an in-stock model. 4. They offered a store credit. Why would one by from Joe after such experience? They rejected the idea of refund.
I dealt with Rose Irea and she was on my warranty Replacement request from when I sent email to her. And she was very kind and efficient with her customer service. I have not received my missing Charger and battery for my grass trimmer. But I did receive confirmation that it has been taken care of. So just like to say that I hope in the future I get the same customer service that Rose Irea provided me at this time.Keep up the good work Rose.

Although at times it was difficult to get through to the company when I did get through I actually talked to somebody who tried to help. They took everything seriously and did everything they could to ensure I got all the answers each person I spoke with did their best to make sure I was updated on everything. Once it went to the Warranty section Sharmine Alcera insured I was apprised of everything that was happening. I am completely happy with the replacement and would recommend this product and their people to anyone that is looking at purchasing one of their products.
They dealt quickly and sent out a replacement pressure washer. The whole process was clean and simple. Nice service
Excellent customer service! I purchased an aqua joe fiber jacket hose and unfortunately it started to leak. I had registered for the two year warranty but was skeptical if Snow Joe would honor the warranty without making it extremely difficult for me to get a replacement hose. Well much to my surprise, they were awesome. I sent a warranty request through their website and a day later I was contacted through email. I worked with Angel Planga in customer care. Angel was very responsive to my emails and took great care of me. I explained what happened and within 24 hours they were shipping me a new hose. Now that's customer service. Thanks Angel!
I dealt with Shyra Aleta, and she was very good. I had negative feelings about Sun Joe in learning the pressure washer hose is not considered a warranty-covered item. But, Shyra and Sun Joe did provide a replacement as a one-time courtesy, which was appreciated.
My Sun Joe customer representative (Christine Buhat) did a great job in assisting me and made the warranty filing Process very easy And straightforward. I purchased a Sun Joe wood chipper about a year prior, and only use it a few times before it stopped working. Would love to do business with this company and the customer representative in the future.
I purchased thru Amazon on May 12 an ash vacuum. Our first one we purchased lasted 2 years. This one lasted 15 seconds. I plugged it in, started it and the motor fizzed out. The customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. The return process on Amazon just leads you back to the company's website. It tells you to contact them directly which I have already done. We will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
Angel Planga (Snow Joe Customer care staff) is very cooperative and explain procedure very well. Email response is also very quick.

I bought a pressure washer that didn't work from the first day. The company refuses to replace it because I lost my invoice, despite providing them with my Mastercard payment details, purchase location, serial number, and answering all their questions after exchanging 30 emails with the representative. I have no confidence in their product.
Very Poor customer Service, Chat with someone online for a hour and still wouldn't replace a damaged water hose. All they did was wasted my time. They do not back up there products, if your thinking of using your warranty don't waste you time. They will not help you. Water hose was only 10 months old and it failed.
