I got excellent service when I contacted Snow Joe. However afterward I received four customer satisfaction surveys and 3 requests to post reviews. Enough is enough. This is my second Trust Pilot review for the same service.

Maria Arcilla hit it out of the ballpark. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable in helping answer my questions, she explained in detail what the process to replace my machine was. It’s hard to get good help these days but Maria Arcilla is certainly an asset to the company. I would not hesitate to purchase from Sun Joe again. Thank you Maria! You really helped me.

I loved my new hose. The non kink features have been excellent. When the hose unexpectedly sprang a small leak, I called the help center and Snow Joe was extremely responsive. I spoke to Michelle Estrera, customer service, rep and she was great! They fixed me up with a brand new hose and I am again very happy! Thank you Snow Joe!

Was trying to use my Sun Joe power washer and it would not stay running longer than about 2 seconds so I called the help line and the guy was great!! I’m a 69 year old lady and he was so patient with me as I tried to do the steps he had me do. I had left the Quick connect nozzle on the wand from the last use and it had stopped up. He talked me thru all the steps and I power washed till dark that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and had me going before we got off the phone. Thanks for hiring such nice people that are so patient with us old people. I love my Sun Joe so much I purchased one bigger for my son to do his house. So you have two happy customers from my family.

Disappointing that Snow Joe changed its product warranty requirements and did not grandfather customers who purchased and registered products BEFORE requirements changed. That Corporate decision resulted in a frustrating “runaround” with your contracted customer support. Specifically, I purchased 2 Jose’s from Home Depot and registered them on the day of purchase. Nowhere in your requirements mentioned keeping receipts for 2 subsequent years. Sometime after my purchase Snow Joe began requiring proof of purchase which I no longer have. After too many emails from different support contractors saying “no replacement without receipt”, I called support and found one reasonable person who sent me a replacement for my leaking Snow Joe hose. She however, warned me that if that hose or my other original purchase started leaking, they would not be replaced without a receipt (even though my original warranty doesn’t expire until late 2024). Perhaps your revised warranty requirements for new purchases should include a requirement for receipts and a method to upload them.

I have nothing but praise for Sunjoe. First of all the person I spoke to was very helpful. She recognized that my lawn mower was under warranty. My mower was no longer available and offered an upgrade. I sent out my mower’ to Sunjoe and received my new mower in 2 days!!!

The folks over at SnowJoe very very helpful in replacing a broken unit that I wanted to see if it was covered under warranty. The communication between Julie Rebucas and I were swift and to the point and I really could not thank her enough for her help!

So, we had to return our original SunJoe leaf mulcher because it wouldn't handle the load. I received a return label, repackaged the mulcher and took it to the UPS store. With-in two days I received a notice that the new more powerful was on it's way. The promptness of the staff is phenomenal. And the ease of this is incredible. Thanks, Sun Joe!
