This was the greatest customer service I had in awhile! Products are great and if you have any issue it’s probably due to not reading manual completely ( like me).

I received a brand new dethatcher just a few days after I returned the defective machine. I told the UPS guy how wonderful Snow Joe was in making good. Even before the first one broke, I got my money's worth from it. My lawn looks better than ever.

Deovina was incredible helpful and aided me even though I wasn't able to try my fix immediately, that was a huge help

This is the 3rd review I am asked to submit. I am still waiting for the arrival of replacement pressure washer under warranty. Every customer support personnel was helpful, but the quality control at the assembly plant in China needs tighter supervision as I've only used this new unit for several times and it was leaking water both internally & externally, as opposed to my 1st pressure washer that I bought a few years ago and keeps working wihout water leaks.

The charming fellow at the other end of the phone was gracious and helpful, and never made fun of me once for my lack of technical expertise! We got her working again.

Customer service was excellent! Romel was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciate his assistance with my problem. I should not have to beg for help for a pressure washer that was given to me as a gift ! I followed the procedure and registered my pressure washer , I can't produce a receipt because I didn't purchase the item ,so Sunjoe chooses to void my warranty , 2 pressure washers with problems in less than 6 months is not speaking very well for sunjoe products ! I hope the 3rd pressure washer hold up !

My case problem was since few months Costomer Service but, when I speaking with her fast problem solved from "Jessa Labiste" Very fast and Professional Work, I am happy with Her !

I return 2 snowblower for warranty ,And I keep receiving used items, At this point i need a refund and would like to speak to a supervisor or manager .. my family has purchased many items from this company,but I keep getting used parts , im really unhappy with the service provided..

Excellent customer service, great company, stays behind the warranty, exchanged my broken chainsaw for the newer one right there , in 10 minutes, everything was completed, thank you very much

A chat before I ordered said that expedited shipping [extra cost] would get my item here in 1-3 business days, but it is now taking a week to arrive. I called customer service to get a refund for the extra shipping, and after sending a copy of the chat transcript, the agent - Alex - quickly saw that a false promise had been made and he set in motion the refund process. Yay for Alex, who was friendly, knolwedgable, and efficient, though the issue should never have happened, and I should not have needed to provide the chat transcript - lucky that I did! Hopefully, the refund itself will happen. UPDATE (12/1): the promised refund never happened - after another week I called back, spoke to 2 other agents on 2 days; the 2nd one finally said the original refund had NOT been submitted, and she then set up another refund process. This one did finally work - got it today. So while the conversations with all agents were fine, their promises were empty. Frustrating! On the plus side, the tiller worked great - easy to use, very powerful (for its size) and efficient. So 5 stars for the tiller, and 2-3 stars for customer service.

In general, the product of chipper has been useful and convenient to do that job. I first bought the product in early 2021(or late 2020). Got replacements in 2022 and 2023 under warranty. I really appreciated the courtesy of giving me a unit 2023, which was a few months over the original warranty. I suspect all three units had the the similar problems of faulty contact switch. I wish the online service could have helped me to diagnose the problem so that I could order replacement parts. BTW the third unit was only used three times before a fresh start.

Snow Joe provided excellent service. I often tell family, friends, and coworkers that the snow blower is great, and now I will tell them too that the company stand by its products.

I bought a pressure washer at Amazon. After several uses, the water hose connection developed a leak. I tightened the connection but the leak did not stop. I then loosened the connection, thinking it might have been over-tightened & the seal ring was deformed, but it was not the case. At the end, water was leaking internally and was running at the bottom of the unit. Sun Joe requested a video so I sent one and they processed the replacement under the factory 2-year warranty.

It broke 92 days after purchase. Therefore I cannot return item to retail store/Walmart. I must ship it back to mfg. I can't find a box to use, and I sent pictures showing the faulty part. However this was not enough.

Excellent products and superb customer service! Highly recommended!
