It took 3 calls and 3 separate customer service representatives to get the correct part identified for a simple wheel pack. At first I ordered the wrong part from the first representative and only noticed when I received a picture in the confirmation email. The second representative canceled the order and gave the wrong part too. All received a picture of the shaft where the wheel attaches and I had to manually find the part on the web to show it to the third representative. The third representative talked to a supervisor just to say they didn’t have the part in stock and it’s on back order. They will notify me when it is back in stock and I am still waiting. Instead of making a solid wheel with a metal tube ring to attach it to the shaft, they have a thin piece of plastic that just wears off. This is a design flaw that should have had a recall when so many customers called to get it replaced. What good is a lawn mower without wheels because they literally just fall off and a safety hazard.

Appreciate the effort that Romel made to match a lower price on the tiller I just bought. I look forward to trying it out. Thanks again!

Overall, okay, but I wish I didn't have to find my own box--pay for it--to return an item, especially an item as large as a lwanmower. I know the person I dealt with was just doing his job, but the service department should reconsider allowing customers to use the box the replacement comes in.
