I have to give it up to SunJose for standing by their warranty. I had a warranty issue and when I contacted customer service Deovina made sure that all of my needs were met. I wasn't expecting much but got everything. I will definitely look at SunJoe products next time I need a piece of mind.

Quick response. Pleasant and efficient rep, Michelle Estrera. Not 5 stars bc I have to box up the entire unit, including blades, for the non-functional trigger switch.
The warranty experience was great! Helpful people and fast replies. My fear is that the replacement hose will be no better than the original.

I talked to a customer service representative who was helpful about replacing my SunJoe woodchipper, however I never received a return label that was promised after 24-48 hours. I sent another email inquiring about it, but never received a reply. Edit: Customer service responded and sent me a return label.

Took 40 minutes but did get an answer via chat. Next thing I find a package on my doorstep. No notice the order had been shipped via a 'new order' that had been entered during my chat. My original order, I was told, was "lost by the carrier"...but the record shows it was never picked up. I guess one could say 'all's well that ends well'...but something was wrong with this entire process.
Alexander Viajedor was friendly, helpful, and professional in processing my warranty replacement. I didn't keep the broken unit (which is typically part of the warranty process) since I had already thrown it out, but Alex worked with me by taking the effort to listen through my previous calls to figure out how to process my replacement even without that step, and I appreciate the extra effort he took.
Good products. Good sales products. Web site is hard to navigate. A BIG NEGATIVE is that no sales receipt is ever sent so no record or proof of purchase. Follow up. I have ordered additional products and am totally unable to track my purchases. My credit card has been charged but there is no record of my purchases on my online account or any way to track my purchase. I give them five stars for their products and zero stars for their account services.
