Amazing customer service! I experienced a problem with a new chipper/shredder and was patiently and helpfully directed to remedy the problem. When it could not be corrected, I was sent a return label at no charge. Several days after the broken unit was returned, I received a brand new unit from SunJoe, quickly and without any further input from me. Thanks for standing behind your product!

Great customer support and service. Love Snow Joe and Sun Joe products. Use them all the time. I'm a little disappointed that many of their products are out of stock lately.

I dealt with Che (Michelle Estrera) who was patient and very helpful. Unfortunately, the part i need is currently unavailable but she understood my reluctance with the proposed solution (destroy unit and get a replacement) and arranged for the missing part to be sent to me when available and in the meantime, i will use a makeshift solution to deal with the broken handle clip. She registered my product and gave me all the reference numbers to make the process easier if i need to follow up.

I bought a Snowjoe ( Sunjoe ) power washer. It is a GREAT little unit with lots of power at a low price. I used it very little and perhaps that's the reason it stopped working. I contacted Snowjoe to see if they could come up with a fix. Ray Baricuatro walked me through a possible repair which didn't work. I was then contacted by Dareal Agbay to see about replacing the unit. I was slightly out of warranty and I didn't have the sales receipt. Reymond Cosares then contacted me wit a form that he said my circumvent the receipt. I fille it out and submitted it. Ashley ( contractor then contacted me to say that proof of purchase was necessary and perhaps Home Depot might have a record since I ordered it online. They did and I submitted it. I was then contacted by Shaina Guisando who ssent me a FREE return shipping label for the old machine! I have not yet shipped it ( I've got to get packing material ) and she has already shipped the new one without receiving the old one! This company is honorable and the customer service team is beyond wonderful!

After first use ,out from the box. Easy to assemble, light wt. , and attached to a extension cord. With two speeds it has enough power.

We were told the unit would be replaced. No other info yet. The person was very hard to understand. But are hopping for a good out come. Also told it could take 6-8 weeks to replace it. It is snowing here. 2 months is a long time to have a broken unit.
