I bought the Snow Joe to clear snow off of a large deck high in the Colorado mountains. It worked like a charm. it is strong enough to throw the snow off and clear even the drifts. Now my deck is clear and enjoyable, until the next snow storm. Then I'll clear it again. Works great.

Bought an electric snowblower over a year ago "24 In. Cordless Dual-Stage Snow Blower (w/ 2 x 5.0-Ah Batteries ORDER TOTAL $2,563.90" Snow chute broke. I exchanged a plethora of emails/pictures with them asking for a replacement and after a year of back and forth this is what I got today (see response attached below) These guys are a joke. Never buy again form them. Not sure how everyone else gives them 5 stars- something does not seem right. the cord was too long to stuff back in the handle after a bunch of emails I was able to fix it but that shows you the quality if the parts need to be finessed that much to assemble the handle. I don't have much hop of this not being in the trash soon

Marvin Seva was great! I ordered the cordless air compressor 3 times from Amazon and each time the wrong air compressor package was delivered (YIKES!). Amazon finally said to buy the compressor from another vendor; go figure. This will be a gift; we gave this as a gift to another individual last year. We have had our air compressor for a couple of years now and LOVE IT! A HUGE thank you to Marvin.

I'm so impressed with SnowJoe's customer service. Khent Velasquez helped me and was wonderfully knowledgeable. When I was assembling my new pressure washer, I could not figure out what I was doing wrong. The detergent tube would not attach. Khent diagnosed the issue instantly - a tiny part was cracked and Khent helped me get a replacement order started. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company on their customer service policy alone.

After hooking everything up, I could not get my two+ year old SunJoe pressure washer to start up. The SunJoe customer service number was easily found on Google. Romel Mendoza was the CS representative. He walked me through every step from beginning to end, including holding the reset button on the GFI plug for 15 seconds before plugging it back in and it started right up. He was patient and knowledgeable. Great great customer service!

Kein at Sunjoe went above expected to help with an issue with my chipper. The problem was frustrating, but he understood and made sure he found a solution. Maybe a problem eating design for the switch on the chipper, but good customer service to stand by their product.
