My experience with Pricilla The representative who helped me was WONDERFUL WHAT WAS MOST DISAPPOINTING, is the fact I am on your records as having bought the Snowjoe log splitter from Homedepot at a specific location and date for a specific amount and NOW that I can’t find the fade unable to read receipt I can’t get this issue resolved. Mainly, the product has failed with no repair options such as replacement parts ( cylinder O-rings ) which would probably cost one dollar each to replace. So I must continue to use a disabled product until I will go back to HABOR FREIGHT and buy a new one. Thank you for your consideration. Sergio Gonzalez

I had a warranty issue with my Snow Joe snow blower. The representative on the phone, Romel Mendoza was very helpful. He arranges for a replacement snow blower under the warranty. I was very Pleased.

Great customer service

I purchase from this company as they excel in customer service. The products are exceptional, put anything mechanical or electronic can have an issue. Where else do you get a 2yr, no questions asked warranty? And your associate, Michelle Estrera, was so sweet and accommodating. Issue resolved and a happy customer!

I already wrote my thoughts, but appreciate the honesty and help I received after having a problem with my SunJoe. We worked together to try to fix the issue, but the representative said she would help by sending me a new SunJoe hand vac. I was surprised and very grateful for how it all turned out. I received my vac within a few days and will begin using it tomorrow. It is a great tool to help with cleaning around the house, and especially catching the flies that are still hovering in some of my bedroom windows. I appreciate their great work ethic plus the new vac that solved this problem. A great company to work with and I honor their kindness and thoughtfulness to me. The customer service rep that I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable but, I've been trying to get a warranty replacement on the product I bought this year and eye contacted you at least 6 weeks ago and I keep and being told that you do not have it and I bought an extended warranty on this product I'm not too happy about that, I paid hard-earned money for this product and took out an extra 3-year warranty and it hasn't done me any good because I cannot get a warranty replacement which I need desperately

I had trouble trying to register my purchase of the Snow Joe Snow Blower online but was able to do so successfully by calling the customer service number. I had the good fortune to speak with Christine Reamillo who was very pleasant, helpful and answered all my questions.

I've used your phone support many times since buying my first Sun Joe mower. The phone support team is always very polite and helpful. The hold times before getting to speak to a support person is better than the wait times for most other companies. Since I got my first Sun Joe mower, an electric, corded, I've had 4 mowers stop working & all 4 had to be returned. My only issue for this time calling was that I had to talk to 3 different people on 3 separate calls before actually getting the support person to finally decide that I would need to return the mower. I also had to exchange several emails with them over a week to get them all the info they required for the warranty return. But... I still love the mower and will probably buy another when my warranty on this one runs out.
