Marie helped me register my product, as I had a problem entering the model #. Marie asked if it was OK for her to register it for me! I was happy to have Marie register my product, as I could not do it myself. Marie was very pleasant and professional, and patient. Could not ask for better service!
My wife was watering our garden one evening and the hose failed to release pressure, damaging it in the process. Weather it was user error or the product, I wasn't sure. I reached out to Snow Joe and, Shaina Guisando was quick to send me a new unit! She was a pleasure to talk to and she was super polite!

Snow Joe is the way to go, I talked with Christine Reamillo from Sun Joe customer service who assisted me on December 24 2023. By phone, we both troubleshooted my pressure washer. She knew what was needed to be done by way of her questioning in order to get the pressure washer working for me. I appreciated her help.
Christine and Romal were patient and provided the information I needed for service. Sun Joe stood behind their product.
