Evelyn was very pleasant and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable about how to remedy the issue that I was having. She made sure that a replacement part was shipped out almost immediately. Update: Unfortunately, it looks like my replacement part is being shipped to the wrong address and my name is spelled incorrectly.

EDIT: how fradulent snow joe is disregarding electric and bottom part fell off; and only reply to chute. so snow joe has been refusing to refund, and ignoring how danger this plastic toy is. only option is to file attorney general's office who may recall lethal defect. i purchased snow joe a couple month ago then used yesterday for the first time. chute never stayed in, and snow blew toward me so i got all wet. then parts fell off and now this is junk. i called snow joe customer service several times but it was never answered. i emailed but never answered. i texted but it has not been responded. the email address snow joe has doesn't work. if no one answers, i am forced to file regulatory complaints.

Marvin Seva helped me out and was great! I just got my new SnowJoe snow blower and used it for the first time. We had a ton of snow and a piece broke on the wheel. They are sending me a new snowblower to replace it free of charge. I wish more places were like this

This representative actually helped figure out the problem and made all effort to resolve it by offering to send out a new part as a replacement. After days of trying to get someone to just do this it was a very frustrating experience until Percival Caramol actually took care of the issue. Wonderful experience with him.

I find it a tough little machine. Battery life good, takes time to charge. Must keep it in my home for dryness so it thaw out snow that sticks but that is doable. Will be using it for low depths of 4or 5 inches of snow.
Snow Joe snow blower IoN18sb. Snow blower worked great for 3 years, than the motor died. Was not happy with customer service when I contacted them for support. I guess you can expect a snowblower to last about 3 years then you will have to buy a new one. Would I buy from snow joe again, no I would not. I bought this is 1921 and used it for 2 full years, died on 3rd year. Use it maybe 15 times. Customer service said to keep snowblower somewhere warmer. My garage is at least 45degrees, warm enough for a snowblower, then to call them back in 24hrs. I did not call them back. I will take it apart and put in the garbage can. Snow Joe is off my list ever to buy again.

I contacted the company yet again. This time through social media (Instagram). Still no results. If this company is legit it's very poorly ran with absolutely no management. Being everytime I request to speak to someone they say "Management will tell you the same thing" or they ignore it. I ordered from them January 4th and didn't receive any confirmation email. They took 3 times the amount out of my bank. So now that I have no confirmation number they say they can't find it. They are scammers. Do not call their number. This is my second review on here and the person responding on trust pilot doesn't take it serious. They reply to get people to believe they're a legitimate company. They're phone scammers
Experienced problems in registering a couple recent Snow Joe / Sun Joe products. In frustration I contacted their Customer Service and discussed the situation with a rep. He took enthusiastic charge of the situation and registered my products with no further involvement from me. He also explained the warranty process and competently handled my other questions. It hasn't been reasonable weather to test my products but I'm confident I will be satisfied with them based on previous experience with my other purchases from this company.
