I had an issue with my Pressure washer, the helped me right away and I got a new one now. Great customer service.

I ordered a Snowjoe snow blower from HSN. As I was unpacking it I noticed a frayed area on the cord with a small hole. I did try to get a replacement from HSN, however they had sold out. So, I contacted the company and was not expecting much. Boy, was I wrong. I was contacted the same day by Marvin Seva and they jumped into action. I sent pictures and a receipt and by day two a new SnowJoe was promised. It arrived much faster than expected. The whole process took about one week! From start to finish my experience with the SnowJoe company and Marvin was professional and timely. Two things you don't see much of these days. Thanks, SnowJoe. You have a loyal customer in me. Almost at the end of my warranty and my dethatcher motor still runs but the tines and scarifier blades don’t turn. Checked the belt with Alex (contractor) and it is fine.Replaced the unit for me. Only required a copy of my invoice. I bought it @ Amazon so that was extremely easy ( I’m generally not good at organizing things like this). They stand behind their warranty 100% with doing the right thing by me and having very well trained, customer centric customer service representatives. Thank-you Alex (contractor) and SunJoe.☀️
