Easy and informative
The ordering process was easy and being able to select a delivery slot was ideal. However, the free delivery was a little misleading. Maybe giving a customer the option to see if they would be charged for delivery would be useful. Not a game changer but for some the additional charge might be off putting. Only 3 stars as the garden store has not yet arrived.
Discount code on website did not work
They sold me a mouldy shed. When I asked about it and what they could do, they sent me steps to take to prevent mould. Mind you , the mould appeared 2 days after the shed was set up.

Edit: through discussion with shedstore they have assured me this is not a normal situation with their products. I am happy to offer benefit of the doubt, as they have been very considerate in their getting back to me in regard to the issues. One of the most challenging sheds I have ever had to build. The base and roof did not match the dimensions of the rest of the kit. Ended up adjusting the roof and building with additional materials.
Good price, product & delivery driver Andrew fab 😊 My only gripes, no email received delivery until 8.00am on the day & told me my driver could arrive between 7.30 - 9.30 am. Tracking map didn't work either ☹️
