Overall I'm very pleased with my shed. However the doors are very flimsy which makes them difficult to open and close. The delivery time was great and the driver was very helpful - he took the shed to the back of the building

The driver was very helpful. He rang me an hour before arriving which meant I was able to get home in plenty of time. I gave him instructions as how to find us as we can be hard to find. He put the shed where my husband wanted him to, he was very courteous.
Had my shed delivered yesterday by a very nice gentleman Roy The shed is of good quality no parts were missing all screws and nails are provided also a good portion of felt for the roof enabled me to practically double layer it for extra protection against the elements. If you are not a DIY enthusiast or have any building knowledge then best get someone in to build it as it still took me 4 hours and I still have not fitted the doors as the instructions are a bit poor. I had to make some adaptions to the floor as the inch by inch base runners are to small and would not last the test of time so used my own 3x2. Overall the shed is worth the £160 I paid for it I could not have bought the wood for that money so am very pleased with my purchase and it is ideal for the reason I purchased it to store two sets of golf clubs I think you would struggle to fit a lawnmower in it. Would have given 5 stars but for the instructions and some parts need to be made to be more identifiable maybe with numbers or letters I would definitely purchase another shed from this seller 👍🏻
Do not buy from shed store !! It would be quicker to plant a tree and wait for it to grown and cut it down and build your own shed rather than wait for shed store to deliver. Would NOT reply to emails and online chat was just a waste of time. Took over 7 weeks to be delivered, where there website sates 2/3 weeks.

Easy purchase. They even called me to say they were trying to get part of my order cheaper. Delivery was efficient and drivers called me 30mins before delivery. Phil L and Andy W were really helpful and took all the shed parts into the garden and checked I knew what was included. All very smooth.
Terrible quality, flimsy material. Total waste of money - would have been better off buying the wood and buying our own.

Our shed has just been delivered. speedy delivery, excellent communication and updates on delivery time. I really appreciated the phone call half an hour beforehand so I could give clear instructions on the best place to park and get the kettle on. Brian was very quick and efficient unpacking and bringing the shed into the garden.

Excellent customer service by Reuben, who went above and beyond, very late in the afternoon, confirming delivery times, making sure I was kept informed.
I found the web site difficult to navigate - finding what I wanted was not an obvious trail to me. For a straight-forward purchase I had to phone twice for guidance. The staff were v. patient and helpful, but the whole process of placing a sraight-forward order took me almost an hour!
I made a error in my order. However Shedstore were very helpful (Megan) and made the necessary arrangements to put the correct order in place. I could not be more satisfied with her help.
