We bought this as it was a cheaper alternative to a wooden shed. It all looks good in the advert online. The delivery was quick and easy and the gentleman who delivered the shed was very friendly and helpful. However that is where the good bits have ended thus far. We have assembled many things in the past (flat packed furniture etc.) however this managed to drive me and my wife to madness. The instructions are very unclear in places and in others vital information is completely missing. for example some of the support struts have a top and a bottom which is vital for getting the shed to piece together. however we could not see anywhere on the instructions or on the pieces themselves anywhere that mentions this which meant quite a bit of taking things apart again after discovering something was upside down. very frustrating. We also felt like the instructions are in an unusual order asking you to build pieces out of sensible sequence (we frequently skipped back and forth to make it easier to put together) The quality is ok and hopefully when we have finished building it (we have been delayed by bad weather) we will find it useful and hopefully sturdy. The instructions definitely need some work so be cautious if you finding assembly difficult or confusing as despite our best efforts we struggled. Double and triple check everything would be my advice as at some points the instructions were so unclear I resorted to common sense in order to work out what went where. It may be a cheaper alternative to a wooden shed, but I have a feeling I understand why. Also unusual issue. We bought a 10x12 shed which is not actually 10x12 when measured it is actually 9.5x12 Why is it half a foot short?!?!

Delivered on time. Quality looks good. Not put shed together yet because of awful cold wet weather.

Now received and built the shed. Unfortunately the product does not live up to the standard of their sales people. 1. The agreed delivery date was delayed by a couple of days. Delivery driver was good but the shed had been strapped down in such a way that several of the panels were broken. 3. The shed id definitely built to a price - the lapped timber is of fence quality. Also the floor is too thin so we added a second 18mm T&G chipboard layer. The roofing felt is poor quality so we reinforced with flashing over the apex, edges and all joints. 4. Construction is easy and all relevant bits were there although we felt there were insufficient fasteners so added further screws and brackets to reinforce, 5. The roof design was poor and sagged in the middle so we added a 4x3" joist at the apex which solved the problem. 6. We did not receive the Yale combination lock which was promised as a promotional item when we purchased the shed. Overall, what looked to be a good value item when we purchased it turned out to be quite expensive by the time we had made it fit for purpose.

We were able to track the delivery throughout the day so we could make plans. Our actual delivery was delayed 15 minutes which wasn't a issue because we received a call from the team (Phil and Andy) to say they had been held up. Once they arrived, they delivered the items into our garage; both Phil and Andy were chatty and friendly whilst delivering. All in all a very good experience.

Great product, sturdy and well made. Arrived on the advised date & time. All round an excellent service. I wouls recommend this company.
